Boooo to that! I have the old one, and the favorites are under the carousel. It's a shame they took that away. I'm considering an iPad --- what you're saying makes me think that my be a right move.

by the way...did you try kroil on the screw & bolts? you probably already did but I was just checking. if all else fails go w/ the sledgehammer. lol

The bolts all came out okay but the middle of the sensor is plastic and it is seized to the metal rod that actually shifts the transmission. I thought that there was maybe something else holding it on but from the info I found online, it looks like you just have to break the center section of the sensor out to get it off. So the sledge hammer it is.

Yep. 40's in the city and 30's with a chance of light frost out here in the country. I'll try to keep it up here.

Ours says low of 40 (at 7am) - 42º for our 5:15am walk. Brrrr! We will have to bundle up!!!! :cold:

My inlaws somehow conned me into helping make applesauce tonight! I could not believe how many apples they picked! What were they thinking?!? :lol: My hubby is still over there. I had to come home to give Buster his meds, turn off the crockpot & call my sil. (good excuses, right?) :grin:


I hope you all had a great day. I had such a nice day I wish I had another day off just like it tomorrow! Ah well...back to the grind! At least it will be Pinesday!!!!

Great day at work, good event at school. Real busy. Good times, though.

Childhood bestfriend's dad had a massive stroke. It doesnt' look too good. I try during these times to not look at the bad and that he may soon be taken from us, but rather I try to focus on why he was here....

Husband, father, grandfathers, Christian, friend, youth volunteer, business owner...and not too bad a golfer.

Add all those up=blessed life.

I hate that it is getting darker earlier!! That is one thing I liked about the summer - I could take my walks in the evening and not have to worry about it getting dark on me by 7:30 PM!

Got back from the movies with a friend. We watched the new Resident Evil and the Possession. They were ok. But now all is right with the world. I'm posting here and listening to Burl Ives - Christmas cant be far away! Its in the 40's right now. Had to put the heat on in the van on the way home from the movies. I was playing Christmas music in the van today from my iphone. Man I love it! Carl informed me he is decorating for Fall/Halloween with ....ummm...turkey coffee..? Wait. Carl. You serious? Yes? Oh...Ummmm ok. Hmmmm. That Carl is always doing something wacky! Hah! Well I'm going to head off to bed since its 12:26am very shortly.
