good morning My MC peeps! all is well here. it's cool this morning but i think it's suppose to get up in the 70's today. i love the 50's better. i'm extremely hot natured.

my b-i-l's mother's funeral is today. will go there from work.

speaking of work...things are picking up, i think. we are all doing Christmas right now in hopes of a good open house this year. boss is working some extra days to do more for it, i don't know. it seems if we anticipate a busy day coming it doesn't happen then she has extra there for no reason. her business though.

I hugged Mouse, Palmer is in a time out (the Stinker it was only 6:30 and she was in trouble!) and Bo is snoozing. He is doing good ~ refuses to climb up the stairs, but he will go down them and he walks all around outside now. He is happy and eating, so as long as he is that way all is good. Thank you for always thinking of my fur kids! {{{{HUGS}}}} for you and yours!

Yup, I saw it and the funny part is that he didn't skip a beat! Not only did she faint once, she did it twice and all awhile this is going on, he kept on talking.....

Now, that's a perfect example of someone who has the gift of gab, that was born to be either a salesman or a politician! lol.....

If he doesn't have the common decency to help out someone who has fainted by him, I certainly wouldn't buy anything from him or vote for him!

Good evening, Christmas family

I had a pretty good day. Minimal pain and I could even walk and everything !! Now that evening has come and all the meds have worn off my toe is back to looking like a small sausage....Oh well.

I took the rare pleasure of taking time to listen to one of my very favorite Classical pieces last evening....It is Beethoven's Symphony No. 7, Op 92 in A. I know a lot of folks don't care for classical but There are so many kinds of music that I love and classical has a promient place. This particular symphony is haunting in its beauty...It actually sends chills up my spine when I listen to it. I don't know why. I believe he may have been deaf when he wrote it also but I am not sure about that. How could you write music if you are deaf ??? Amazing.......I also listened to Requiem by Mozart. He had such a short life. Died when he was in his 30s and they don't know why for sure.

Tonight I think it is the DVR version of It's The Great Pumpkin for me and then to sleep.

Good morning my mmc friends
Its wednesday, the weeks are flying
Weather is cool and said it was 1c last night today gives rain later. hopr it stays away tiill then you can really feel the chill in the air
Have another pallet today and i can say it is starting to beat me . i still have stuff from monday to sort and only half of yesterdays is done
The stuff is going so quick i cant keep up ~{
I asked 2 friends up to help today as a lot of it is kids coloured furniture and each bit needs built. i really am way behind so i hop to get a good lot done today
Its that bad i have not ordered any more pallets till i get these sorted
On top of that people are looking toys and christmas stuff they are at the girls in the shop all the time i just cant bring it in yet
Anyway Hows all you this morning hope your all good ~}
Think need and go and get a cuppa and get a start

Good morning everyone!

Happy 'Pines Day! It's the second of five 'Pines Days this month. Five 'Pines Days in one month!? It must be a special prelude to our magical Christmas Season! Speaking of magical, Carl seems to have the 'Pines shining bright with fall colours and Halloween decorations. He really knows how to catch the eye. I could spend all day here!

Aside from the 'Pines, today is a fairly special day. It's my dad's 58th birthday! It's hard for me to believe the fact that he is nearing 60. Not that 60 is old... He's still in great shape - he works out 3 times per week and plays hockey 5 times per week - and I am sure he will keep it up for quite some time. I'll have to give him a call to wish him a "Happy Birthday" sometime this evening.

In other news, I'm a little sore today. Practice ended up being canceled due to the fact that most of my team played at Northeastern Regionals this past weekend in Boston. We came fifth, by the way. Not bad. Overall, there were about 80 teams trying to qualify for Regionals. Only 16 qualified. From there, we came 5th out of 16 (or 80, however you want to look at it). We were missing quite a few players, but I'm proud of my teammates persevered on the field.

The gym yesterday seemed to take a bit out of me. I did all my exercises - sans jumping - without restriction. I'm tentative on the jumping part still. It will come later this week. Still, my entire body is pretty sore. I have to return to the gym today, but it will be a little easier than yesterday, I think.

I saw a "sign of Christmas" yesterday. The bar right beside my apartment had a sign that said "Book your Christmas parties with us..." I took a picture with my blackberry, but it did not turn out. I'll have to try it again on my way home from work. Anyway, it obviously made me excited. Speaking of signs, it was a little chillier this morning. The temperature was at 9c (48) but "felt like" 6c (43f). Thankfully, the wind was blocked by the buildings in my area, so I was able to make the trek to the bus in short sleeves, once again.

Well, I should get to work. We're less than five weeks away from entering the Christmas Season... and, of course, at a month from now, we'll all wake up to some excellent Specials Posts to heighten our excitement prior the the Season. Have a great Wednesday, everyone! Enjoy the 'Pines.

Just had a text from my friends husband, she had a baby 3 week ago and he has just told me she has been in hospital all weekend with a blood clot on her lung, he said all is ok and they are just in the process of making sure she is taking the correct dose of medication so hopefully going to call in and see her before i go to work and offer myself to look after her children for abit so they can have some rest.

I'll keep her in my prayers.

I swear my sister just doesn't think sometimes. She decided she wanted to work on some crafts a little bit ago and tried to move her sewing machine. In the process she blew out one of the stitches in her stomach. So now I have to keep my niece's over night while she goes up to the ER to have another stitch put in.

Uh oh! I hope she will be more careful next time!

Awwwww..Thanks Meceka ....I am just an amateur at it....actually it is the Made and Binger show...I just kind of hang around when I can..Like I used to try and hang around the cool kids in school..!! xo

Happy Birthday to your dad! He sounds like my mom. She is 70 years old and works out 3-4 times a week, 2 hour work outs each time. She is in great health and lots of energy!

Hey I stopped by the Pines yesterday and swept over three tons of leaves.. also turned on the pool heater,,, and I saw some mysterious brew perking... ohhhhhh yessssssss leaf pumpkin java.....
