Made - Wonder if they had a recent scare or saw something on TV. My youngest granddaughter developed a short-lived fear of barking dogs after going on a haunted hay ride because the dog seemed to be attacking the wagon, but it wasn't a real dog, it was motorized so it totally spooked her, but she got over it.

I've asked them why they are afraid and they just say they are scary. So I don't know.

Hi everyone!!! I know, I know, but I've had no power, no where to connect to let you all know how things where going. I just went back to work today, I am at the Starbucks by my house now, they have power!!! It is crazy, I just hope everyone else who was touched by this is OK.

Still no power at home, work is up but I haven't even time to each my salad, but our email & phones are still down at work. We are using walkie talkies to communicate!!!

so glad to hear you are safe and could at least check in! Get a long extention cord and plug into starbucks!

I used to be afraid of Clowns. I wasn't afraid of them when I thought they were real and just looked that way all the time. One year, we were heading down to the local Santa Claus Parade and my dad had to drop something off to someone, we were in a hurry so he asked me to give his friend the package and there in his garage with the door wide opened I saw him applying some make up and he was half-dressed in a clown costumer.

Later at the parade, when the upside down clowns and clowns driving cars and walking clowns approached me I "freaked out". I was afraid of them until I was about ten when my dad brought me a paper mache fancy clown on a swing from Las Vegas as a souvenir and to help me get over my fear. I slept with that thing in my room hanging by the window.

I had to become a Clown Fairy so I could wave my wand and get the clowns to do whatever I wanted then I wasn't afraid anymore.

wow we are havong tons of kids this year..theya re coming in groups of like 30 to 40 then they leave then another group cpmes...most are cute and polite...others well seem to be entitled brats..hope mine are not like that when they grow up!! anyway brandi went back to the store because we are running out of candy..meanwhile I have some scary music playing on the front porch!! it's suppose to get down to 45F tonight..then we are warming up the next week...our leaves are still changing too...well I am about to log off for the night! Happy Halloween everyone!

I haven't had a single one at my apartment. We usually have 3 or 4 and I really thought we would have more this year because we have had a lot move in lately. It appears they all went out to other neighborhoods though.

Sounds like my parents home on Christmas Eve, somehow the droves of people come and go and nobody is left standing. It always seems to work out that there's room for everyone.

yaay so happy to see lauriebear is safe & sound. hope the power comes back on real soon sweety!

went to my doc appt this morning & he was in surgery & had been all night. had to reschedule. friday @ 1p.m. oh well....

i made a big pot of vegetable soup for supper. got some candy & treats for us here @ home tonight. we were gonna go to my rents to see all the trick or treaters but they aren't giving out candy this year. bummer!

i thought we could hang out here & watch a movie together. hope y'all have a nice evening!:boo:umpkin::frankenstein:

you know how doctors like to charge $25 or more if you miss an appointment, would he not now owe you that amount because he missed your appointment?

very wet and chilly night here, had only about 6 kids come to the house. My son took a bunch of kids out and they came back in an hour wet and cold.

Now what am I going to do with all this left over candy?

Last year we sent ours to an online group that sends items to those in the armed services overseas. I'll post back if I can find them again.

We had a few small group of kids. Didn't get home until 6:30, but I'm so beat we turned off the outside light at 8:00.

Gotta run, time to eat.
