CHRISTMAS SEASON DAY #3



Good Morning, Third Day Friends.

Moving right along through Christmas Season 2012 now.
I've watched "Home Alone" and listened to numerous Christmas songs.

Speaking of moving right along:
Days to Christmas Day: 40 (Down into the 30's tomorrow!)
Days to Thanksgiving: 7 (ONE WEEK FROM TODAY!)
(I can almost smell the stuffing!)

Continued chilly yesterday but without the rain.
We topped out about at 50 degrees after a cold start in the mid 30's.
Should be about the same today, then a bit warmer for Friday and Saturday.
We are at 39 degrees right now.

Tomorrow is the first Weekend Eve of the Season!

I call it the "forgotten Milestone" because it falls after the start of the Season and gets overlooked.
It's the 90 percent mark to Christmas Day and it arrives in 3 days!

Hey guys, I'm back.

Been a very tough couple of months battling with depression, but I'm hoping to get into the Christmas spirit soon, but due to stress and anxiety regarding school and a few other things, I've been trying to take it easy, which has been difficult. Overall, this year's been a bit of a roller coaster.

At least my sister and her boyfriend are spending Christmas with us.

good morning all you gorgeous MMC peeps!:whisper:

how's it? i woke up to rain this morning but it's all good because my daughter is going to be job shadowing me today @ the shop. i get to spend the entire day w/ her, yaay me! she did this 1x in 8th grade but a class she takes this year is doing it again (11th grade).

hubby had a health assessment yesterday @ work. he has always had great # but his blood pressure was high, especially the top #. after the holidays are over we will be cutting back alot. we will begin now but get even more serious afterwards. i think it scared him a bit because his #'s have always been very good. he said he doesn't want to have to take meds for it so we are gonna treat it w/ diet & exercise & see how it goes. he & i both need to get back to a MUCH healthier lifestyle & we are! we are both not happy @ all w/ ourselves now.

It isn't a downer to commemorate the birthday of someone you cared for so much ~ I'm sure she has an even bigger smile on her face now because she knows you haven't forgotten her! A very Happy Birthday to your mom, CM3!

I had taken bp medicine for a couple years, and it still ran high, but after getting a stent installed, it's been perfect! Not that I'm recommending a stent (LOL). The doc always told me I could get the bp down with some exercise & diet control, and I didn't listen to him. Good luck to him!

Good Morning MMC!!!!!!! We got off to a chilly start with some freezing fog but we are starting to slowly warm up and should reach 50 by this afternoon. I have some errands to run today. I have to get my niece a birthday card and some wrapping paper to wrap her gift for Saturday. Then it's off to the grocery store to get some pumpkin pies before they run out. First things first though. I have to finish listening to the new podcast. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meceka- Is your news talking about a possible blizzard the weekend after Thanksgiving? Ours said that the last 10 model runs have all showed a major storm but they are split on wether it will be a rain or snow event. The models they have been showing on tv have the center of the storm close to the border of Michigan and Indiana.
