It's been CRAZY around here today! The boss has been out of town, and wanted all this stuff done for his boss' visit next week. We've been trying to get most of it done before our boss gets back because, frankly, we spent a lot more than he would normally agree to. But it's look super!

Would you and Mr. be one of the first to get the power back on since you should have some pull because of the ad copy??!!

It's so crazy to hear of that weather when it has been very warm here. I have been working outside and rode my bike for awhile. I am hoping to get some winter weather soon! =)

I ordered my mom a Valentine's Day present. She always does so much for me so hopefully it makes her smile! I wish my grandma was still here because I would be doing something special for her, too. It's a shame she never got to know how much I appreciated her!

Good morning to you, what is Valloween?

Valloween is the name I gave to that horrible dreaded day, February 14th. i know everyone loves it but NOT ME! Valloween=nightmare!!!!! I think most in the floral industry would agree w/ me, lol.

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be a warm day here with a high around 50. The bad thing is that it's going to start storming here in a bit so I can't really get out and enjoy it. I get to play accountant today. I have my mom's, Sister's, and Aunt's taxes to do. Fun Times. I actually don't mind it. I took 3 years of accounting in high school and that was my original plan in life. Then I decided that I could never stand a job that required me to sit behind a desk all day long. So I went the mechanic route. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Good afternoon, everyone! How are you all doing? All is well here, just sitting and relaxing, which I am enjoying!

What is everyone up to today? I already have dinner in the crock pot. I put a whole chicken in there earlier, so I will have to just do the sides later on. Here in a little while, I have to do some packing. DH and I are going to see Luke Bryan tomorrow night. The kids are going to my in-laws, so we're going to stay in a hotel for the night then. I'm so excited to get away for a day or so, plus, so excited to see Luke...yahhhh...sorry Made! :wink:

Anything new with anyone? Nothing really here. My kids are growing like weeds. DS is talking so much and is ALL boy. It is so funny to see how different he is from EA. I love seeing the differences from a girl and boy. EA is really growing too and is getting so much taller...love watching kids grow and know they are healthy!

Well, I'm going to read some of the Countdown and more of the site! Hope all is well and all is well with your families and furbabies too! Miss you all. Thinking of you all and praying for anyone who needs my prayers. God Bless and continue to smile...all of you!

Only one day till the weekend, and our annual journey to the All-Maryland Reptile Show! That's our yearly Valentine's day treat. I can't wait to see all the cute little baby snakes and lizards. I hope they have the hissing roaches again too; they were pretty funny. And after we view the reptiles to our heart's content, we'll go out to dinner. Good times!

I hope you're all well. The count seems to be getting closer to the next milestone. I had a decent interview last night. I can't quite claim it as being "successful" until the hiring process has completed. The interesting news is that they are looking to complete the process by next Monday. I really want this career position. It would be great to (finally) have some security. I'd appreciate some assistance from you all, too. Thanks!

More importantly, I need your support for something else, too. My grandmother is having quite the battle right now. She's 83, but her health has been deteriorating over the past five or six years. She used to be quite healthy until my grandfather past away. Anyway, she has been in the hospital since Saturday morning and they don't quite know what is wrong. They've run tests but the doctors are baffled. With that said, I would appreciate your help and assistance on this matter, too. My grandmother has always been there for me and it is tough for me not to be around her during this tough time. Thank you!
