Merrycarey and Xmas- I'm ready to come dig you out with my new toy-

This thing is sweet. It will go through 2 feet of snow with no problem. It has power steering and the tracks are designed to go over anything. Plus to top it all off, The handles are heated so your hands won't get cold. Sweet!!!!

Seawaters- I may need the lear to get me and my toy to the east coast before they shut everything down.

Overcast skies here in northern California, yet no hint of snow! The school board went well last night; I even received a standing ovation. Several people got up and spoke also, one a former board member whose son had been in my class. My speech went over very well, too!

Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends!

Wow, did it rain last night! It's been a long time since we had that much rain at one time, probably the last hurricane. No snow down here, but I saw the snow in NYC while watching the news this morning. Nice to see!

Its my weekend at Bernie's (I love saying that, LOL), so I won't be able to work on the car. My brother has an idea for some modifications that will be COOL!! It's not going to be a complete restoration. Now it's called a resto-mod. See? I'm picking up the lingo!

Got the batteries. Everybody's supposed to get off the roads by noon. Public transportation is shutting down at 3:30. If the forecast holds, we're going to get more than two feet deep here ... This may be the biggest snowfall I've ever seen. Going to tune in the local TV news at noon.

Got the batteries. Everybody's supposed to get off the roads by noon. Public transportation is shutting down at 3:30. If the forecast holds, we're going to get more than two feet deep here ... This may be the biggest snowfall I've ever seen. Going to tune in the local TV news at noon.

Good evening MMC! I thought I would "catch up" tonight! Ha ha ha....there are over 125 pages since I last logged on! WOW! AWESOME!!! I need a whole day with nothing to do but read posts! HA!

I can't believe January is over & we are already at (almost) Feb. 8th! The year is flying already! We are getting ready for our bowling bash next weekend. This is the 15th year so we are planning some "special" things! Other than that just been busy with work & family & friends & crocheting!

It was 46 degrees when I left work this afternoon. Sun was shining. Took the dog for a walk with no coat! Crazy weather!!

Hey everyone! Had a busy week or two and have another one ahead. I am getting ready to catch a plane to Utah to look at housing for us for the next 4 years.... Last weekend was amazing we had 12 inches of snow plus the artificial snow at the resort. it was fun fun fun... I took 2 days off work and we did not come back until Tuesday morning. Now the 12 hours drive home was not fun anyways I miss all of you and I will be back online by Tuesday or weds! Have a safe and great weekend..and my prayers and thoughts are with al my New England friends this weekend.. hope you all ride out the storm ok!!

snow snow snow snow snow and we are getting more

everything is closing down, no school which makes the kids happy. The funny part is I looked at the weather report and it says to expect light snow today. hmmmm who wrote that?

Work however will be open, does not matter no one can get in to buy the subs, we will be open anyway! LOL Do not have to be in until 5pm so will see if it lets up by then.

They really should let you stay home this evening...Good grief !!! xo

You will think I am crazy but Wayne sent me a dozen roses one time for Valentines Day, I loved them but told him not to spend that kind of money again! Yikes!!! I wasn't mean about it, not to worry, it was very sweet of him and I enjoyed it but I guess I kept thinking of other cool things to spend that kind of money. Lol! I am just not much of a "material girl" and I'm frugal. I like to spend money on things I can use or on things we can do together. (That's just me!) cheesy

For all you other guys out there, not knocking the florist business, if your sweetie likes flowers go out and get them!!! MerryMistletoe says get them NOW!!!
