Christmas Countdown - 2013

Hey everyone! it has taken me much longer to unwind this evening. I messed up & wore the wrong shoes to work today. ALL THE LADY FOLK WILL UNDERSTAND. I thought i would be "cute" & wear these "cute" flats...NOT!!!! every part of my lower body is still scream'in! what was I think'in??

Get this, I came home from work (late), stopped by the pharmacy & the grocery store, went by my Mama's to pick up daughter, walk in the door & sitting in the kitchen are both my boys, ages 23 & 20 wanting to know what we are gonna have for supper or what I was gonna make for supper!!! can you believe that??? their Daddy had just gotten home from work & was sorting through my coupons. he could not believe they asked me that either. all they had to do was go to a few college classes, ALL DAY!!!!! this Mama went Madea up in this joint, ya' hear me? aaw lawd, I lost it!!! then they look @ me & say, "go look @ our room". ok, I did, they cleaned it a little. am I suppose to be thankful or something? they're the 1's living in it. jeese, they kill me, I mean really?

tomorrow is Friday!!! yaay. so ready for the weekend. anyone got any plans for it? I have to work Saturday morning but that's not so bad, just 3 hours. I think daughter & I are going prom gown shopping Sunday afternoon. she's getting very excited & I think I am too.

I downloaded this app and it is so cool !!! I chose to use my own Christmas music that is on my Ipad - A Charlie Byrd Christmas !! What a wonderful mood it sets, the fireplace sparkling and Mr. Byrd playing expertly Christmas carols in his style of classical guitar !!

I have SO many patterns here that I'm set for life. (Will that stop me from accumulating more? No ... ) Throughout the year I check out the free patterns on yarn websites, and save the ones I like as PDFs. I also have a few decades' worth of pattern books that I've picked up!

Awww...you're welcome !! The snowball fight is easy...Just go to the person's profile and click on snow/water bottle. You may have to buy some snowballs first but when you click on the person's profile and then snow/water bottle there should be a picture of a snowball if you scroll down...just click it and you have thrown a snowball !!! xo
