it is snowing again, but it will not be long now before it stops and spring settles in for good.

Have some buttermilk biscuits baking, my son will enjoy them with the BBQ pulled pork I made for dinner.

Leaving for work in less than an hour. Only 11 more shifts and then I am done and will be moving on to my new job. :dance:

I did the same countdown when I was leaving the hospital - Cant wait til you are out of there !! xo

what up what up.....I love snow...but I want spring now....we had a long and hard winter....and last week spring had arrived.....only to be kicked to the curb by Meister Winter today.....lots of snow....lots and lots of snow....it looks beautiful...but I was ready for warm weather now....I need it....to enjoy the cold later on...holla back my friends...i ll be back hrere tomorrow

Her mouth still seems to be giving her a bit of trouble but her appetite is good. Overall, she is doing better than before I took her to the vet's. I am keeping a close watch on her! Sending you big hugs from her!!! {{{CM3}}}

I do not like summer either. I did as a child, but we lived at the boat landing and had activities all day, fish frys on Fridays, and lots of picnics. Falll and winter are my favorites. I like spring, too, but not as much as fall and winter. The good thing about late spring and summer, though, is the honeysuckle--love that smell!

Dont feel alone..I like the early darkness too..I am not a warm weather fan at all and to me spring and summer are seasons to be endured not looked forward too !! :x

I forgot to add that I, too, love the early darkness. I especially loved it when I was working and would drive home around 4 or 4:30 and it would be getting dark.

We have honeysuckle bushes here but had to get rid of most of them by the house as I am allergic to hornet and bee stings. Those insects love honeysuckle! There are still a few in the woods - they spread fast!

It funny because I love baseball but dislike daylight savings time and warm/hot weather. I would like for summer to last just long enough for our family vacation then return to fall/winter.

Just stopping super quick to say hello. Hermione is COMPLETELY silly. She has learned to come in here and root my hands off the keyboard when she needs something while she whines at me. I am going to take your advice, too, MC. I have to find a new dentist for the same reason!

Time to check out the other dentists who are covered by your insurance provider. Teeth must be taken care of regularly, and if you're afraid to even THINK about going to the dentist---something has to change. Even if your list of options is short, it sounds like it's time to check everyone else on the list. You don't want to stay with one who causes you pain and anxiety. Time to take charge!

It was not fun, but it had to be done! It took about an hour. My feet went to sleep, but I had to pretty much stay still. Ouch!

Hubby, who is nowhere near being overweight, was diagnosed with diabetes. His blood sugar levels are now at the point where the doctor wants him to consider the pump. Take care of yourself.

Good afternoon everyone! I just got back from the Dr..bad news...He did an A1c test on me.it tells how high your blood sugar has been for the last 3 months. Mine came back very high and said that mine has averaged 335. since Christmas! yikes no wonder I have had no energy and have felt like I was knockin on heavens doors. your blood sugar should never be above 120 btw so 335 is like go check into the hospital before you go into a diebetic coma. I took the rest of the day off to contemplate my next step.But anyways hope everyone is having a good day. I will ttyl!
