Good evening, MMC!!

I just went on a long walk, and I'm practically roasting- it made it up to 25 degrees today ;) Haha!

Time to make dinner for Har & I.

What are your plans tonight?

I think I'll try to catch up on the DVR & laundry.

Have a great night!!

Xo

As usual, Nancy & the kids stay up to do homework, and I fall alseep while watching Frasier reruns. Or maybe Star Trek on Netflix!

Good evening again, Christmas family.

The Rise of The Guardians was really quite amazing. It made me feel very Christmassy. It is a very visually beautiful movie too. I love movies that have great animation and this one has some of the best animation I have seen in a while. It really also helped me to get in touch with that little kid who is not so far below the surface as I thought.

Not much else going on. Just three more lessons for writing class then the final exam. I am going to have to get an A on the next two quizzes and then ace the final exam to have the grade I want to have. I just need to be careful and slow down when I take the quizzes. I choose the answers way too fast I think.

Jennifer - Praying that all is well with you.

Seawaters - Praying also for you xo

Made - Saying prayers for Stephanie that she will have some comfort somehow.

Judesmama - It was really nice to see you again.

Christmasstar - I hope you get a chance to rest !

Brad - I hope you are doing well too.

Take care, Christmas family xo

So funny, Made. Did they bring food???

Well one brought their new cell phone for me to program for them and the other brought over a cake mix and wanted to know how to make a layer cake. So kind of.

Well that sounds like a relaxing evening!!

I love Frasier... There's a Christmas episode on tomorrow night!! :)

Apparently it's to entertain my neighbors since they all showed up here.

Well at least I know I'm not going to get into a snowball fight later tonight ;)

They must adore you, like we all do here at MMC!!

I went for the bone scan today. I had to go in at 10:30 to get the glow-in-the-dark shot. Then we left and did a little shopping and returned at 1:30 to do the scan. The technician asked me when my appointment with my breast doctor was, and I told him that after the doctor received their report, we would set up an appointment for him to tell me the results. He said he would have the results ready in five to ten minutes!!! So, I quickly called Dr. Grady and his nurse said they would fit me in TODAY and I would not have to make a return trip!!! The trip is 140 miles round trip. They were going to fax the results to him, but then they put them into an unsealed envelope for me to hand-carry. Of course I sneaked a peek and saw these words: "There is increased uptake about the shoulders, the cervical spine, hips, knees, and feet, but there are no definite focal abnormalities in the skeleton otherwise which would be suggestive of skeletal metastases. There is unusual soft tissue accumulation of tracer laterally below the right breast and medial to the lesser trochanters which is of doubtful clinical significance. The right kidney appears smaller than does the left." When I spoke with the doctor, he told me that the cancer pill I am taking could cause some pain; so I will check with my oncologist next week on that. PTL!!! Now, I am going to try to upload the pics we took yesterday! I cannot thank all of you enough for the prayers and positive thoughts. And, yes, Snowflake, I did feel uplifted by all of y'all's hands!!!
