I saw two, very similar---a few people near a car, laughing.
Does everybody dream in color? Mr. says he doesn't, but I do.
Back to work. I just took a break for lunch, otherwise I haven't had a moment to breathe today.

I dream in color and sometimes black and white. Last night's dream featured a lot of purple and white for some reason. I hope your work day is a not so busy one today!

Ran to goodwill earlier to drop some stuff off and found the Celtic woman, Celtic thunder, and lonestar Christmas cd's. So I know what I'll be doing all night. Now I'm off to fix some dinner.

Nice finds!

Good evening! We got back from my daughters graduation a little while ago. The ceremony was beautiful and we went out for a nice dinner afterwards. It has been an emotional night for me. Time is flying by, it blows my mind. They are growing up too fast! But it's all good. Life is good.
I hope everyone had a wonderful day .
Goodnight and pleasant dreams!

Good morning all my holiday folks. Today when I woke it was one of the most refreshed days Ive had in ages. So now looking forward till 5PM for the start the of weekend to hit. Decided to take the wife out tomorrow for a sweet Birthday day that starts first thing in the Morning with Breakfast in Bed and a small day trip to Alabama and than Dinner at this Brazilian Steak house she has been wanting to go to for ages.

Happy Birthday to your wife!

Good morning, MMC!

I am sorry that I haven't been around much. I feel so out of the loop! I don't know what has been going on with anyone or how you all have been doing. Did everyone have a nice Easter? One holiday down means we're just getting closer to Christmas! I do feel really bad that I haven't been around. I miss everyone!

I have been so busy with college lately that it is just unreal. I would rather have a full-time job and work eight hours a day than deal with all of the work that I have right now. Typically I can handle a lot but it's crazy this month. I started a new class a month ago. This class only runs for half of the semester and it is supposed to be harder than any other class offered at my university. The class isn't horrible itself but the workload is so much. I have at least five assignments every week for that one class. My second class is also becoming very busy and I have three huge projects to complete by the end of April along with different assignments every week. Then I have my internship and it is keeping me very busy. I have to plan an enormous presentation, including a powerpoint, and present it to a board of staff members and professors at the end of the month. I haven't even had the time to start my presentation or the paperwork yet! The paperwork has to be approximately 25-30 pages. Lastly, and here is what I am mad about, my fourth class. In January, February, and March, I've only had eight assignments total. Now my professor is realizing that he doesn't have enough work in our gradebook. That led him to give us eight assignments in the next three weeks. Five of them are presentations! The last time I counted, which was sometime yesterday, I had over thirty assignments to do in just under three weeks. Sorry for the rant, but it's safe to say that I won't be having a social life for the next month. This is why I do not like April!

I think we all know what I will be spending my weekend doing! Does anyone have anything fun planned? At least the weather seems to be improving - hopefully we're all done with winter and onto some warmer weather! I feel like I've had 6-7 months of winter here!

Hi, jennifer - so good to see you! My, that is a lot of assignments your profs have piled on you. When it gets to be too much and you need a break, take a walk! I speak from experience - it is very refreshing to both your brain and your body!!

Good morning, MMC!!

Happy Friday!!!

What are your weekend plans?

We don't have too many- just want to be outside as much as possible, as the weather allows. We plan to grill out, and go see the Evil Dead remake...Adrian is very excited!

Have a wonderful day!!! :)

No Ash = no Evil Dead for me. cheesy

The first one scared me to death in the 80's, and I hear this one is terrifying. I can't wait!

I never found it scary because I knew people who went to school at MSU with Sam Raimi and co. and I heard all about how the f/x were done before I saw the movie - talk about spoilers! cheesy

I've heard Evil Dead is pretty gory...if that bothers you. Have you seen the original? I like Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness the best because they are almost more comedies than horror movies. Can't beat Bruce Campbell, in my opinion.
I think I'll probably skip this new one...may be a bit hard to watch! You're braver than I am .
Enjoy and let us know how it is.

Groovy!

Adrian is a fan of Bruce Campbell, too!!

One of my Christmas presents to him was an autographed photo of him. He loved it!

I'll let you know what I think of the movie!

Hope you & your family have a fun weekend, Ryan!!

Cool present!

Good afternoon, MMC!

Woo hoo - it is Friday! For some reason it has been a very long week. I'm still working on things here so I won't be able to enjoy the sunshine today. I didn't finish my work until 4:30 yesterday and by the time I got outside it was already cooling down. It was a short walk! The weekend's forecast calls for rain - I should be able to get a lot done in the house. Might even do some baking. I need to get back to work.

Have a MERRY evening!!!

An RV show, that sounds like a really cool idea.... I have always dreamed of having one and would just love to travel across this county, canada, etc...! I always here people saying, "I want to travel the world"! Heck, I'll bet you most people have never seen most of this country before...

That's what i told my wife, why travel the world when we haven't even explored our own backyard first. For me, I have never been west of the Mississippi river and I would dream of one day, buying an RV, loading it up and traveling across the county for the entire summer and then doing a Canada, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick sort of trip....

Hello everyone. It's supposed to be 70 here and sunny today and a bit warmer tomorrow...can't beat that!
Our local amusement park opens next Saturday and I have bought season tickets. My daughter is five and is excited about riding a rollercoaster. But, I have to admit, I'm nervous to let her do it! Especially one that goes upside down, which is what she really wants to ride. It's all she's been talking about recently. She's a daredevil. I like riding them too, but my baby on them is a different story...
We'll see, I guess. Have a great Friday.

Both my boys are terrified of roller coasters, I love them.

Wow! You have been busy, at least you got a moment to come here.

Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's cool & overcast here this morning, but it's supposed to be sunny and 70 tomorrow, and on up into the 80's next week. Nice!

My brother says we might crank the Camaro this weekend! We're going to at least put the engine and transmission in, and see how far we can get. fun, fun!

Nancy and I are planning a date night tomorrow night. It's been a long time since we went out alone. I bet she still won't want to see Evil Dead, though.

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

Enjoy your date night!

Yeah, Evil Dead 2 was a bit silly. Not my favorite.

You guys still have a drive-in? That's super! Be sure to support it as often as you can. They are disappearing quickly around here. The closest drive-in is 60 miles away now.

When I was in HS, we went to the drive-in every Saturday night. It didn't even matter what was playing. I sure miss that place.

There is a few around (all over 30 miles away)here that are still open, and one in Lake George, New York that we have gone to when we go up there vacation. There use to be Drive-Ins in 2 towns next to us, both long gone, one is now a Home Depot, and the other is overgrown, you can still see the speaker posts, and some of the screen is still standing. My parents took me to see "The Blues Brothers" there when I was 5 years old.
