]I've been buying 9mm ammo when I find it, but it's rare.[/B] A co-worker called me from Bass Pro Shops in Savannah last weekend. He found 100 round boxes of 9mm for $27! They only let him buy two...one for him and one for me. I hate to keep stockpiling, but like you said, it's too hard to find these days.

I can understand, I'm having a hard time finding ammo for my 40, 45 and it's especially hard to find some for my 35 rem; without costing me an arm and a leg...

My father in law told me that he bought a huge box of ammo for his sks from a place called (Cheaper than Dirt)?

It's very to even find .22! I have several boxes (the 550 bulk packs) stashed away but I don't want to use them if I can't replace them!

Oh yea, I can understand that, I bought 5 boxes of 22 mags recently and I laid out over 100 bucks just for them...

mmmmm, sounds yummy!:-D That sounds great for like a comfort night/ movie night kind of dish....:served:

Back from work. Very hot and muggy here, severe thunderstorm warning for our area.
Frustrated that none of the stuff I ordered for my cake decorating course is here yet.
It is nice to be home and relax for awhile.

I was pretty lucky in that I could almost always find .22 ammo at one of the 4 gun shops on the east side of indy or walmart. It's getting harder now though.

I've heard some good things about Cheaper than dirt but I have never used them.

Well I managed to spend an hour at the range and not shoot myself. So that's a postive. Now I better get that cheese ball made.

Hey where is everyone at? Carl just had me make some of my world famous macaroni salad for all of you!!!!

I already got what I wanted most for my birthday: I got to bring Mr. home today! He's going to have a PICC line in his arm for a couple weeks for antibiotics, but he's doing well. I know all your prayers and positive thoughts helped. Thank you again.

Hello all. Just got back from my daughter's bday party and a fun time was had by all! I am hungry so I hope Carl has something good. If he doesn't it sounds like Seawaters does!

Just wanted to pop in and say hello. I have been super busy getting ready for our barbecue tomorrow. I had to go pick up a few things at the supermarket, butcher and the party supply store today. I'm pretty sure i have everything we need. I just finished making potato salad, coleslaw and a pasta salad. I'm taking a break for a few minutes. Next I'll be making a corn and black bean salad. Not sure how much more I'm going to do tonight. I've been headachey all day and I feel exhausted now. I am going to try and wrap it up early tonight. I hear fireworks going off, I may head outside when I'm finished in the kitchen and watch for a little bit. I hope everyone had a great day!
