At emerg again, this time with my son, he ripped loose his big toe nail so brought him in to have the doc finish the job.

Happy is hiding his head under our bed in shame because he got in the mud again!

he won't look us in the eyes or come to us. Finally he just went to the bed, but his belly is a bit too big to get under it, so he's just hiding his face. Fur babies are so funny!

Doc just in, froze the toe, just waiting for it to kick in before removing it. Ray is not very happy about the whole thing, but will feel much better when it is done.

he was so nervous, doc talking to him the whole time, she suddenly goes all done! My sons eyes registered shock, really? he said, I did not feel anything! So he is happily home again, relaxing with a burger from A&W, watching TV.

I didn't see any today, The craft ones usually start to come out before August, I guess they are just later this year.

102 Days to the Christmas Season?! I like the sounds of that. Despite returning to work on Monday, there will be a great reason to celebrate - yet another milestone!

Tonight should just be a quiet night. Looking forward to staying in and resting before my vacation that begins next weekend. Of course, saving money is another reason for staying in, too.

Good evening, MMC!

I hope this finds everyone well!

Long day at work today. When I got home I couldn't find Palmer anywhere - she was hiding under the bed. I think I figured out part of the reason why she is scared of most everything - she has a hearing problem, no doubt caused by Wednesday attacking her when she was a baby. My poor kitty can't tell what direction a noise is coming from and so she hides. I'm going to have to rearrange under there so she has a comfortable spot and I can get to her easily should the need arise.
