Christmas Countdown - 2013

Good morning all. Not much going on here. We are going to head to downtown Oklahoma City today so we can take pictures of a theater they are about to tear down. It is a very unique building and they used to specialize in children's plays. My wife and I both have fond childhood memories there, so we are going to go see it before its gone. Hope y'all have a great day!

It's sad when a theater has to go ... so many special moments and happy times reduced to rubble. Grab a brick as a souvenir.

It was fun! My back is feeling it today though. It doesn't matter to me though, as long as my kids enjoy themselves. I would do anything for them.

We have been at my grandmom´s today....It was her 83rd birthday....it was nice spending time with....as always......and always....deep inside I´m afraid to lose her one day....and of course....with every year that day comes closer.... ..... I can´t even imagine her not being there no more.....but then...she will be reunited with Grandpa....and will be happy again then....I just hope to have her around a little longer

The heat is back - my gardens are going to go wild! Picked around 20 pounds of zucchini today and am now trying to figure out what to do with them. Good thing I love zucchini!

yes, it is hard to think about sometimes, my mom is 82 now and has lived a long and wonderful life. I know that this is as much a part of life as birth is and I will miss her when she is gone. She will be with her Lord when she leaves us here, dad is already there.
Untill that time we have to enjoy all the time we can with them and make many good memories to pass on to our children.
