Sitting here listening to the camp slowly waking up.
We will be packing up and heading home today. It has been great !

Good Morning, Finished First day Football Fans.
Yes, the first college football Saturday is behind us and the new season is under way (along with a new month!).
Speaking of the season -- um, make that Season -- get a load of this:
Days to the Season: 73
Days to Christmas Day: 115
Two weeks from tomorrow, Guys - the 100-day Christmas Day marker will arrive along with the begining of a double-double count.
(My, but the Season is starting to seem close, isn't it?)
The humidity is back with us for the time being but our highs are still lower than normal for this time of the year so things are not too bad here weather-wise.
We show 74 degrees currently at our back door.
Have a Super Sunday and a Rousing Remainder of your Weekend, Everyone!

Good Morning MMC!!!! We have reached the 'bers!!!!!! Yay!!!! Now if it wasn't going to be 93 degrees here today it would be even better. After being up for 43 hours, I still only managed to sleep for about 4 hours. Some is better than none though so I won't complain. Not much going on here today. Just going to lay around and watch some racing. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!

Good first 'Bers morning,
I slept well last night, I didn't even hear the thunderstorm that rumbled through last night. My told me about it when I woke up. My wife also has broken out her Christmas Cookie cookbook and is going to start her yearly Fall cookie sampling when she tries out new recipes that will go best for our holiday celebration. We have some errands to do and then relax for an easy day.
I hope you all enjoy your Sunday.

Good Morning .... enjoying this first day of the "BER" season with coffee and a french toast casserole that I made for breakfast. We have friends coming over for dinner tonight so I will be busy this afternoon cooking.

Good morning, everyone! How are you all? I am well. Welcome to the 'ber months!!! What are you all up to? I'm relaxing with my kids this morning. DH had to go into work for a little bit and give a little bit of his time for a motorcycle run, that they're doing. He should be back soon.
What are your plans for today? I don't think we will do too much. I go back to work tonight. Tonight is considered my holiday, so at least I will get time and half for doing it!
Tomorrow, I will sleep some and then in the afternoon, we will head to our neighbor's house, for a Labor Day picnic. They're supposed to be having a big party, so it sounds like it will be a good time. I'm going to make my buffalo chicken dip (it always goes over well!) and chocolate chip cookies.
Well, I am off to try to get caught up some here and then get some housework done here. We may run out to my parents later on too - to get cornstalks down, that way we can decorate for fall later on in the week.
