Had to take my allergy meds today and I can barely keep my eyes open, again! At least the headache is at bay. I have paperwork and research to do for the store - at least I can do this at home! Speaking of which, I must get back to my tasks.

Ugh, I am in the same boat. I took them today for the first time in years, and they have messed me up. I remember now why I shouldn't take them- I get jittery/antsy and sleepy at the same time.

Good evening everyone!

It's almost 11 p.m. here, and I hope that you all had good day - or maybe still having a good day. :]

I got back to studying my academic vocabulary today because I start my second year at uni in less than three weeks and I want to be prepared for it. Anyway, studying somehow made me feel sleepy so I had more coffee today than usually in order to keep me going. ^^ My excitement for the day came back in the evening because European basketball championship began today and my home country's national team played their first game. (I use to play basketball in Lithuania so I know the game and its rules, and therefore watching the match makes a lot more sense to me than for majority of ladies. Deciding which player is handsome and which is not is obviously easier than sticking on the game itself. ^^) Anyway, despite the fact that we lost this time, I'm still optimistic about upcoming games - there will definitely be better times, won't there?

Sorry for such a long post.

Oh, and the most important thing - I have received a Platinum Membership as a gift from one of the members in the forum earlier today, and just because he/she stays anonymous, I don't know who the person is, but if you, my dear, is know reading this post, I want you to know that you definitely left me in a slight shock in the very morning, and you really made my day. Or maybe a week. Or a month. I hadn't expected anything like this EVER (I didn't even know you could actually give someone a Platinum Membership as a gift) so I'm extremely grateful, and I do appreciate it very much.

It must have been boring reading all this. Sorry again.

Good evening, friends! How are all of you? I am doing well. Just relaxing with the family, doing a few things around the house, which you all know is never ending, and will go lay down for a nap here in a little bit.

What are your plans for tonight? As I said, I plan on just napping before work. I am off tomorrow, so I am looking forward to that. DH works tomorrow night, so it will be just me and the kids here, but I am hoping to maybe get caught up on some of these posts! I am quite behind! It doesn't take long, once you do start.

I stopped in Jeffery Alans this evening to checkout their fall décor. You can imagine how excited I was to discover that they already have Christmas stuff out. And plenty of it! I knew that they start putting stuff out in September but I had no idea it was this early. It's September 4th. Wow!

that has to be one of the funniest things I have seen in awhile!
Carl got together with a friend to sing happy birthday, they sang off key and where almost impossible to understand, but they put a lot of heart into it!
I hope everyone left the cake alone, they were standing over it while singing and camels drool a lot.....enough said.

I've watched him make a couple and the fruit all looked fine. Then he added gummy bears to it that had been soaking in some kind of clear liquid. That's when I decided to pass on them.
