ETA: actually just 4 miles up the mts at 6000ft there will be snow!!! our house is at 4300ft so not yet...but for snow to be down to 6000Ft is getting so close..at least we can see the snow now!

No, I'm keeping the one I committed to.

This one would've been higher pay, but the management left a lot to be desired. The interview was a bit unprofessional, and they wouldn't answer some of my questions, which I thought was strange. And today their voicemail said they wanted a second interview, but when I spoke with the lady, she offered me the job. She even eluded to the fact that the lady they hired didn't learn the job fast enough, and that they are a busy firm & can't afford to train her more. (?) I am not willing to risk losing my job for people like that, I'd be weary of them doing the same thing to me.
