Snowed again last night.
My out of province family are all back home again.

Good morning! I overslept a few minutes! UGh it looks like a few more inches of snow fell last night making the snowpack even deeper than it was. The outside temp is 2F! High today around27F with snow off and on and fog all day. Okay I need to eat breakfast and run! Ihope you all are doing good! One week from today will be Xmas eve! That is my favorite of the 2 days because we use to do all the opening of gifts on that day when I was a kid and we use to visit my cousins on that date. My bro's and sisters are all flying in this weekend and we will have our dinner on xmas eve night and open gifts Christmas morning,but we almost decided to do it on Christmas Eve but since there will be kids there we decided to wait until the next morning for obvious reasons!.LOL but I have to go I really am running late now..have a great day everyone!

After a week full of work, I'm having trouble receiving anything this week. I guess it is the final week before Christmas Holidays. Thursday is the last day of school, but I was at least hoping for two days!

Good morning friends. The last of the presents were wrapped last night and are safely under the tree. The kids tried to peek at them as soon as they woke up this morning but backed off when they realized the gifts were being guarded by a Peppermint Patty (our elf on the shelf).

Tonight is my so 'so Christmas program at school and I'm excited to see him sing. He's bee n working hard! Hope you all enjoy your day and the last week before Christmas Eve!

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be another cool day here with a high of 30 degree's. e got a dusting of snow last night and it looks like we have one more clipper coming through tonight. On my agenda for today, is fudge!!! I'm going to make a batch of peanut butter, chocolate, and then I'm going to attempt to make a layered batch of Peanut butter and chocolate. I might also make some cookies, we will see how much motivation I find. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

I must finish up the wiring for the lights on the Nativity scene. Christmas is almost here!

Update on my mom. Good news: Her ovarian cancer sonogram came back normal and good. Her blood work also came back normal. The bad news: That led the doctors to be clueless and wonder if she has a serious infection going on somewhere. The other good news: As of this morning, her urine sample came back and led them to believe that she may have kidney stones. This sounds possible because she had them a few months ago. So, today she has to run for some tests and that includes one to check for the stones. Kidney stones could be good or bad. If they are small enough to pass then she should feel better for Christmas. If they are big and need to be removed surgically, that likely wouldn't be taken care of until after Christmas and she would feel no better in the meantime.

So now we just have to hope that there is no infection elsewhere and that if she has kidney stones that they are small.

Good morning, everyone! How are you all doing? I am well! I am just enjoying sitting by the fire and watching the snow fall. We got a couple of inches last night and we're supposed to get more snow today. We're supposed to get a total for 3-6 inches by tonight.

What are you all up today? I am relaxing right now, watching some Christmas movies and going to finish up my family Christmas cards and going to mail all my cards today. Then later this afternoon, I'm going to take EA to see the new movie, Frozen. It looks really cute. We're then going to go out to dinner. I have to pick up a couple of teacher gifts while I'm at the mall as well.

I'll be heading back to work tonight, work tomorrow night, then I'll be off again. It will be nice to home with DH and the kids for the holidays!

Good morning!
I woke up feeling a bit frazzled today. The time is flying by, I still have so much to do. I have a ridiculous amount of gifts to wrap. I can't even walk in my "walk-in" closet anymore, it is packed with presents. I swear it was easier when my kids were little, I got so much more done. My days revolve around everyone else and I just can't seem to get to do the things that I need to do. To top it off we are expecting snow today so it looks like I will be chauffeuring everyone around. The last thing I need right now is to deal with an accident (sorry for the rant, lol)
Anyway, Molly and Maggie have a groomer appointment this morning. I also need to run to the supermarket and CVS and I will try and keep up with my daily chores. I think I'm going to have to start staying up late to get this wrapping done. I'm just so tired at the end of the day, I'm getting old!

I am sorry that you're feeling frazzled! Just remember to breathe and everything will get done! Once those presents are wrapped you won't feel overwhelmed anymore. We are also expecting snow today. Be careful if you go out! Hope your day is a good one!

Long day here, was able to get a lot of work done today at the job. It is all about the hams now, so we are pushing them to free up some space.

We finally watched "Christmas Vacation" tonight, it's usually one of the first movies we watch but time is disappearing so quickly this year.

If you all could keep my grandmother in your thoughts and prayers it would be greatly appreciated. Her cancer has come back and they will be amputating her arm to try to keep it from spreading. I am nervous about it, she is nearly 90 years old and a tough woman, but I can't help to worry.

My wife and I are heading out to get all the "loose ends" of Christmas done tomorrow. She takes a personal day from work so we can have a Christmas season date day to get everything done. It is suppose to snow so we are hoping we will be able to go.

I am glad to hear the good news but will continue to pray for her as they search for the cause of her illness.
