Christmas Countdown - 2013

Santa Claus came early for me today, I was called into the executive Conference room here at work and The big boss here gave me a pay raise and a bonus....Guess I must be doing something right~:-D

Here is the recipe using the Sugar Cookie marshmallows:

Double Delight Sugar Cookie

1 (16.5 oz.) pkg. refrigerated, sliceable sugar cookies, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
16 jet-puffed Sugar Cookie Marshmallows
2 C fresh raspberries

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Arrange cookie dough slices in single layer in prepared pan; press together to completely cover bottom of pan. Bake 14 min.; cool completely. Invert onto plate; carefully remove foil. Turn crust over; place on plate. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended; spread onto crust. Top with marshmallows and berries. Cut into 16 wedges. Refrigerate one hour before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

Good evening!
I'm having a quick dinner break and then I'm heading to the mall. I thought I was finished shopping but I have not stopped running around yet. I forgot to mention that my husband surprised me while I was out shopping last night and put the tree up. Better late than never. I still have to decorate it, I hope I find the time to do it soon! That's Bella under the tree, she loves sleeping there.

We got word today that we can choose two days to take off between now and New Year's. That was a nice surprise! I've requested the 26th and 27th because Mr. has them off---and so I don't have to go right back to work after Christmas Day.

I'm sure that was a nice surprise! Enjoy your days off!

Busy day at work, got a lot done though.

Watching the Grinch for the umpteenth time again this season. How many times is ABCFamily going to play this movie this year? It seems like it has been on constantly.

Still waiting on one present for my wife to come in the mail, it was suppose to be here by Tuesday. I will look into it tomorrow if it is not here by then.

I will be heading to bed soon.

Good evening.
We did some more shopping after dinner. I took my youngest to get an outfit for Christmas day. Then I decorated the tree. I kept it simple this year, I just don't feel up to pulling every ornament out. Its as good as its going to get this year. I think it still looks pretty. Well I'm going to wrap for a while before I go to sleep.

Merry Morning!!!! How is everyone, I hope well!

For the last couple of weeks I have been busy with shopping, decorating, preparations and various events and activities with the children. Jacob's play was wonderful. They did Night before Christmas. He was part of the choir

Last day of school today and Mr. Festive is also on holiday for 2wks after today! Let the celebrations begin!!! I am just tidying the house today and doing some laundry. I also want to try and wrap some presents if I can. I don't want the next few days to rushed.

I don't know how it is we can be at this stage already!

I hope you all are having a wonderful time. I've got to go put Isaac down for his nap and get a few things done. Have a wonderful Friday !!

Off to work today, going to be a crazy one!
We are having some ice rain right now, lots more expected tomorrow.
It is expected to be a very busy day at work with everyone doing their grocery shopping before Christmas. As Crown pointed out it is the last weekend before Christmas!!

Good morning!
I am heading out soon to run a few errands. My daughter has a cold and pink eye and I want to pick up cold pills for her before she goes to work. She already started the eye drops. She's had pink eye before and it was a pretty bad case, her eyes were actually swollen. I'm hoping she caught it early enough and it goes away quickly. I will feel so bad if she doesn't feel well on Christmas!
We also have my husbands company Christmas party tonight. I better start moving and get some things done.

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a warmer day here with a high in the mid 50's and raining. I need to get some work done around the apartment today and then I have some wrapping left to do. I also have to figure out what to make for dinner for my mom's birthday on Sunday. It's a pain trying to figure out something that my mom likes but that everyone else will eat too that is kind of special. I don't think she wants chicken nuggets and that is about all my niece's will eat at the moment. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey friends! I have a lot I want to get done today, so I need to get started. I have to bake and finish some Christmas cards done for people that are local. I also need to mail a package for a special friend, that I need to get it there by Christmas. I better get a move on!

This evening is our my work Christmas dinner, so that is what I will be partaking in this evening, but don't worry, I will be here for Lovemas!
