Well said! Help me to stay strong when I weaken!

It has been a great season, what with the Christmas tree at the office and my co-workers recognizing me as the resident Christmas person. It felt like there was more Christmas spirit in the office this year. And it was very exciting to work on four hours of programming for the Santa Tracking on Kringle Radio. It will be difficult as this season fades from reality into memory, but there will be so much to plan for and look forward to next year.
 
For those who may be experiencing post-Christmas blues, take heart!

We are still within Christmas Season 2013 and will be so until Jan 1.
In the meantime, our countdown to Christmas Season 2014 has already been silently running since November 13.
Just wait until our new thread is launched on Jan 1 and see how far our count has already declined and just how close we will be to our first Milestone.

Ah! The beauty of the Season count!

Christmas Day is slowly winding down here. Ralphie is off the TV, but we have popped in a Christmassy DVD. The boys had a great Christmas, our family had a great time the last couple of days. I made a prime rib, my MIL made a turkey we had a great feast tonight. Every year Christmas seems to get better and better, it is sad to see this glorious day coming to an end.

The boys are finally in bed, we won't be long behind them.

I hope you all had a great Christmas, I look forward to celebrating it everyday with all of you.

Well I've read through all of the posts from today but just don't have the energy to respond. My eye's just won't stay open anymore. So as much as I don't want this day to end, I'm going to have to say goodnight!!!! Planning for Christmas 2014 starts tomorrow!!!!
 
I'm ready for bed, but can't let this special day end without sending some Christmas love out there to all of you. I hope your Eve and Day were magical and left you already feeling that yearning for the beauty of Christmas days to come. I can say that around here and know there are friends who know exactly what I mean! For now, let us bask in the twelve days of Christmas and continue to celebrate the joy of the season.

Currently on call for work and hoping it stays that way. If so, I will have 3 days off in a row.

I will get caught up on the posts tomorrow, as much as I can, as I will have a lot to clean up from Santa's visit.

And so the after Christmas blues start......

I shouldn't have the blues yet, but it always makes me a little sad, coming home from our last Christmas outing on Christmas day....even though I am off work until Jan 3rd & even though we have Christmas parties Friday, Saturday & Sunday this week & even though I have a ton of Christmas movies on dvr & they are still showing them on Hallmark....it's just not the same after the 25th! I sound like such a whiner! I'm really looking forward to the next week & I will enjoy it to the max...just wish I could shake this sad feeling. It started to dawn on me tonight that my bro/sil have already been home 4 nights & we only have 2 nights left with them. How can time go so fast??? Ahhhhh....

I really don't mean to be a downer. I was so happy to see that soon the countdown to 2014 will begin! Awesome, awesome, awesome!

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve at my parents. Such a fun fun day/night! Today my parents, bro/sil, & my mil/fil came over for brunch. It was very nice. They all left, then I picked up my bro & we went to my sisters house to make a little merry, then I met my hubby at our friends house, then off to my other bro/sil's house for their Christmas open house, then we stopped at another friends open house. What a great couple of days.

I am watching Snow Bride & will be heading to bed soon. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas Day!!!

What a blessing Christmas was this year. We all got a couple of wonderful gifts, spent time around a table full of great food and wonderful company.
Time spent with family and friends was enjoyed and treasured.
Looking forward to bringing in the new year in just 6 days.

Another great Christmas! Both my Wife's and My parents were here as well as our two sons! Now its time for me to start my annual tradition of saving a few ideas in my favorites menu for gifts for next year. Only 363 shopping days left!
