Mr. is home, so the movie marathon will begin before long! Don't know what's on the program yet, we usually wing it. I have freshly made Chex mix and other goodies standing by for munching. It's New Year's Eve and it's good!

I hope you all have a fun night ahead---either exciting or relaxing, just as you like it best. And just in case I don't get back here before midnight (Eastern), I hope the New Year brings you many blessings.

I went out to the local farm store that sells a lot of Christmas decor year round, I got there and they were closed for the season. They will open in March next.

Ah, I just found out Bernie and Hilda are down with bad colds. I think we'll ride out to my mom's with a couple pizzas, instead. She said she has some left-over oyster stew!

Last day of work for the year! I hope the boss tells us we can leave early....I'm already bored. I'm looking forward to spending a quiet New Year's eve with Mom, as my husband is going to be working this evening. We'll have sandwiches, then fall asleep watching a movie, I'm sure.

Thank you! We'll just hang out and run 16mm films, as usual. We always have a good time just hanging out together watching movies or TV. It's a blessing to be married to your best friend!

That's so sweet, MerryCarey! I can totally agree with you! I thank God everyday for being married to DH. He was my best friend, then turned of course we are where we are today. It makes it so much more special when you feel that connection!
