Good afternoon,

I didn't go...

I woke up feeling completely miserable, and couldn't will myself into going in to work today. I have been sitting and taking it easy today, just going to take the next few days just to try to feel better. Every year I get sick in January and end up missing time at work.
It looks like it can't make up its mind on what it wants to do outside today, we are supposed to get a couple of inches of snow, but it starts and then stops, all I know is I am having a hard time keeping warm.

I will probably pop in and out throughout the day.

I hope your Saturday is going well.

Thinking of you, buddy. Glad you made the decision to stay home & take care of yourself. Hope you get well soon~

I am so glad to be home! Long day what with work and trying to get errands done. Not having a very good month at the store, but that is understandable because the weather has been awful. Hoping things will pick up for the rest of the month what with Snow Fest just around the corner. Next week I am pulling all the old sale files and I am going to see what trends I can spot - might help me figure out what to put in and what I should take out or rearrange. It will certainly be interesting!

I'm considering it a fun challenge to find it. People look at me funny when I ask for their chrissy decorations... they must think I'm there to buy sheets and towels ha ha ha!!!!

Hi meceka. You must love everything in the store. I would find it hard to let anything go. I have recently been to second hand stores and found some brooches for $2 each, on looking the stamps up they are worth $70-$100 each. Someone must have just thrown their grandparents stuff to charity without thinking they were of any value. I only bought them because I liked them, they aren't to everyone's taste and that must have been why they ended up there. I've noticed a trend towards mint condition toys. Do you stock those too?

Culver's is a chain that started here in WI, known for their butter burgers & custard- delicious!!
