Good Morning, MMC!!! It's going to be a chilly day here with a high in the 20's. We got 2 inches of snow overnight so I'll be heading out to shovel the sidewalk here in a few. I won't worry to much about in between the cars with that little of snow. Then I'm going to kick back and watch the football coverage. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!

Thanks - hope you got some sleep. DH and I were both up on and off with her most of the night. Her temp got REALLY high last night. She actually had me scared. I gave her Motrin though and it's been fine now. We'll see.

I heard that Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow. The weatherman agrees, because we have a snowstorm coming on Wednesday. And maybe another one next weekend. I guess it's our turn again! Hopefully those of you who have been getting pummeled will get a break while we're getting ours.

Just hanging around today ignoring football. cheesy I'm only curious about the final score to see if I won anything in the office squares. When I finish catching up I think I'll stream an episode of Downtown Abbey and then look in on the Kitten Bowl. I'll be back here throughout the day, too.

The kids and I just taste tested it - EA and I loved it...DS not so much. He said, "Yucky!" We'll see if he changes his mind tonight once it's more formed.

According to folklore, if it is cloudy when a groundhog emerges from its burrow on this day, then spring will come early;
if it is sunny, the groundhog will supposedly see its shadow and retreat back into its burrow, and the winter weather will continue for six more weeks

So according to your groundhog we will have 6 more weeks of winter and according to our Wireton Willy who did not see his shadow ,we will have an early spring.
Nova Scotia's Shubenacadie Sam and Quebec's Fred la Marmotte did not see their shadows on this Groundhog Day, forecasting an early spring.

So 3 out of 4 groundhogs agree we will have an early spring!
