It's still not snowing here. I fought my way through the supermarket yesterday, canceled my plans to go out to lunch today and drove the girls back and forth to work because I didn't want them driving in the "storm". There better be snow on the ground when I wake up!

[Festive Spirit]

While we were out today we stopped at several thrift stores ( of course we did! )
At one I found this figurine. It took my breath away and made me cry. I don't know if I ever shared this before but my first son was still born 31 years ago. His name was Timmy. This just made me think of that precious little boy who is now safe in the hands of Jesus .

Thank you for sharing such a beautiful memory and sentiment. (((((Big Hugs)))

P.S. I understand your loss and how very difficult it is.

Merry Monday! Hope you all had a great weekend with your families. We had a nice ,quiet one. Mr. Festive brought down his guitar and played for a bit. It's been a while since he's done that , I think he must miss being part of a band and ''jamming'' with his mates. The boys love it especially my little one.

I could not read all of the posts , I have to get a few things sorted but I'll pop back later. Have a fantastic start to the week everybody! It is the first week of March after all!

And our post number 1 chart tells us that our next Milestone, the 1/3 marker to the Season, is just 12 days off now.
Wow! Can we be that close to SINGLE DIGITS to yet another Milestone so soon?
(If Santa was here, he would nod his head and smile.)

We have started out at a very nice 56 degrees here this morning but the temp is predicted to fall instead of rise and we are supposed to get down to 20 degrees tonight with possible precip of some sort!
(Arrrrgh! Just when I thought winter was about behind us.
But then it's not nice to be presumptive about Mother Nature!)

But whatever your weather, you'll weather it better if you just keep your eye on the Spirit of the Season and it's wonderful message.
