Christmas Countdown - 2014

Groceries bought and put up, house picked up, clothes ready for next week, and dogs bathed...now the rain has moved in and it's time for a nice, long sleep. Wore out from a long day and plan on being here first thing in the morning for coffee!

Kandice and her dancegroup finished second in their competition yesterday.....they won a Trophae and 111 Euros.....they werer mighty proud!!!

Happy Milestone Day! A third of the way there , wow now that is something to celebrate!

I am just catching up with some work while Hubby and baby has a nap and my other son is playing . I am going in to work tomorrow so enjoying being with the family today. We plan to watch Man of Steel later as we didn't get to last weekend.

Hope everyone is doing great today! HAPPY MILESTONE DAY!!!

I leave in an hour for the airport to pick up my husband. I am soooooooo excited!!! We haven't seen him since Christmas so perfect milestone marker for us!!! Noah doesn't know he's coming and is absolutely going to flip out! LOL He must have asked me 10 times this week when Dad would be home again or we would be able to see him again. He's missing him terribly and it makes me quite aware of how blessed we are that we have a 17 year old son who still feels that close to his dad. I know they're out there, but it seems few and far between the number of teens who actually want to be around their parents. I feel very fortunate.

My two oldest are working and my youngest is in the city with her friends so my husband and I are going out to dinner for a very long over due date night! There is a local Italian restaurant that has a new gluten free menu, I'm looking forward to checking it out.

Good morning and happy Sunday! It should be slightly cloudy here today but still no rain. We have been truly blessed in terms of weather here. :]
Ceilidh finished at midnight last night so I took a quick shower when I got back and went straight to bed. It was SOOOOO much fun! Exhausting though but so fun. We were dancing for about four hours plush we had an hour long Scottish dinner. ^^ My friend who is one of people organizing the event said they aim to host about 2-3 ceilidh nights every year so I hope there will be another one later this year because I am definitely going. And don't people dare to say that men in kilts don't look cool. :lol:

Yeah, I think watching a Christmas movie was the wrong idea. It wound me up some. So now I'm trying Snowflakes approach and watching a scary movie to scare myself to sleep!!!
