Christmas Countdown - 2014

Well so much for getting stuff done around here and relaxing. My sister called as soon as I got home from taking mom to work and wanted me to go with her and my niece's to a store that is a couple of town's over. Mainly because she had no idea how to get there. So I've been running all over the country with them for the last 6 hours. Now she is also talking about taking them to a new Children's Museum tomorrow about an hour south of here. She doesn't know how to get there either though. So I was recruited to go with them again. Oh well, the dust and dirt will still be there next week.

Good evening everyone!

We got some rain here in late afternoon. I can't believe I am actually saying this but I've actually enjoyed the rain because there was no wind so the rain didn't leave me all wet and soaked, and air smelled very spring-ish afterwards. ^^

Decided to start reading training workbook of the Games and realized there is SO much to do and memorize that I've just scanned everything through, made some notes and decided to seriously get into it on weekend. I got a date for my 2nd training session so I want to be done with few sections of the workbook until then.

I hope you all had a nice day and are now enjoying a relaxing evening. :]

Good morning!
It's going to be partly sunny today with a high of 40 degrees, we are currently at at 23 degrees.
My youngest stayed home from school today, she said she couldn't sleep last night. She has missed so many days this year. I hope she feels better later, she starts her new job this afternoon and has to go.
Typical day here, I'll just be working on my daily chores. I also need to run to Rite Aid, I have a list of things that we need. And I need to work on a menu plan and grocery list for next week.

Merry Thursday! Is it Thursday already? Well atleast I have this weekend off Yaaay!

It's been a busy morning. I am trying to catch up with some spring cleaning. I won't be able to do it all today as I have my little one with me and some work to do. Hopefully I can finish the cleaning tomorrow. I want the weekend to be housework free !

I am going to put my son down for his nap and then work on a project.

I've been schmoozing with a customer since yesterday, and he finally went back to VA this afternoon. We went out to dinner last night at Longhorn's...I ate my first beef in over a year! It was pretty good, too. :-D

Now I'm hopelessly buried under files that need my attention.
