I got a text from my niece this morning. Jay is feeling better & they moved him to step down unit! Hopefully he is on the upswing now!!! xx Thank you ALL for all the prayers!!!! My sister was heading to home to take a shower. I bet that will feel sooo good!!!!

Good Afternoon, MMC!!!!! It's going to be a beautiful day here with near 60 degree's. That's just about perfect if you ask me!!! I've been getting some stuff done around the apartment this morning and my neighbor has been bugging for me the last couple of hours again. This afternoon I have a few errands to run and then back home to get some prep work for easter done. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The weather here in Maryland has been insane. First we had temps in the high 70's. Then, it got much cooler Tuesday night, and we had SNOW. It's still pretty chilly outside (45 degrees), but hopefully it will be warmer for Easter Sunday. I guess it's safe to say that if you don't like the weather in Maryland, just wait 10 minutes and it will change!

Same here in New York, crazy weather!

It's crazy isn't it!!!!! Mother Nature has lost her mind!!!!!

By the way, Kringle Radio is up and running again. I checked on it this morning, and listened to it on the way to work. Well, with the temp sitting at 33F, I thought it would be fitting! It's beautiful outside, but we're only supposed to get into the low 40s today. Somebody owes us some warm spring days!

Good morning!
It is going to be another chilly day with temperatures in the lower 40's. At least the sun will be out.
I'm heading out soon, I need run to Rite Aid for a few things. I also have an appointment to have my hair cut and colored later this morning, my Easter maintenance! Back home after that to catch up with my daily chores. And I'm going to take a walk later this afternoon. If it feels too chilly outside I will just go on the treadmill. I got on the scale this morning and I've lost 5 pounds so far. I have been trying really hard to eat healthier and make better choices and it's working!
I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!!!

Merry & HMG - hoping your weather warms up SOON! I will try to SHARE our forecast with you - today is beautiful - mid 60's though breezy. Feels great when you are blocked from the wind. But I'll take it!!!!

Good afternoon MMC! What a beautiful "Friday"!! I have so much to do to get ready for Easter yet. What was I thinking, slacking off on Monday/Tuesday! I should have done all the cleaning when the weather was cold/yucky!!! Now it's gorgeous & I get to spend my day off prepping. Ah well!!! There is a chance of rain tomorrow. I never even gave it a thought until last night, but if I had everything done, I could have stayed at the lake tonight & hung out there all day tomorrow! Coulda, Shoulda, Woulda! :smile: I am planning to do some of the cooking for Easter at the lake. After work I am going to pick up Charlie (nieces golden doodle pup) & he is coming over for a play date with Gracie. Should be interesting!!! :lol:
Last night I picked up some plastic eggs to fill with candy/change, & I bought an egg dying kit - thinking I would hide eggs in the yard for the 5 little ones. Also bought some sidewalk chalk. Then I found out today the 2 oldest of them aren't going to be there - they are going to the other side of the family, further away! What a bummer! Oh well, the other 3 will have fun, I hope!

Thanks girl! I do work better under pressure, but I always kick myself for procrastinating! There are many other things I would rather be doing. :lol: The cooking doesn't bother me...it's the cleaning! YUCK! :lol:

Procrastinating? We haven't even decided where we are having easter or what anyone's making!!! I just know that I will have to bring macaroni salad so I'm getting my eggs boiled and celery and onion chopped up for it today. My sister said we would figure out the rest tomorrow night when we celebrate my niece's birthday.

Hope Charlie and Gracie have fun together!!!!

I don't want to see any more eggs after the easter egg hunt last week but I'm sure I will have to make some up and hide them for my niece's on sunday.
