Rain here yesterday.
Not bad, though.
Nothing heavy.
No severe weather watches.
Just a plain old late afternoon rain.
Now, today promises to be dry and sunny.
And we have started it at 71 degrees.

Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone! I have missed the heck out of this place and each and every one of you guys!!! I am well more than half way through on this deployment and will be home around the time the first leaves start changing in Utah!!! My wife is about to go back to teaching the first of August so my MIL is coming late July until I get back home mid sept. I missthem sooo much but I was able to Skype and boy have they grown,,,,it brings a tear to my eyes. I just wanted to drop in really quick and tell yall hello. btw summer solstice is over with which means the days are slowly but surely starting to get shorter again which in turn begins the process of the leaves getting ready to start changing by late sept.(depending of course where you live) Love you guys and will talk to you all soon...I hope you are all okay and doing great!!!!

Nice to see you, Dawg. I will keep you in my thoughts, and hope the time goes quickly for you to be able to get home with your family. I can't imagine how tough it is to be away from them. Stay safe and thank you.

Hope you are doing incredibly well!!! I miss this place so much! Everything business wise has been insanely busy. Once summer vacation hit for my nieces and nephews, they all ended up here at our house and have been here about 90% of the time since May.

The company Bud was contracted with for his tour cut him short early. It was spiteful and yes we severed ties with them. Citing Forest Gump: That's all I have to say about that.

I'm sipping my coffee from my favorite Santa mug and so excited that it's not much further to go. LOL Well, in my head anyway.

Pray you are all so well and blessed!! And I'm looking forwars to going through the posts to catch up.

Nice to see you, I have been thinking of you and Virginia lately. Glad to here business has been busy.

I'm finally back from my stress test. Whew, that treadmill should be renamed the "dreadmill"! Anyway, I got a clean bill of health, so you guys will be stuck with me for the foreseeable future.

Off to the fair for dinner if I don't melt first. It may not be as humid out there but it's still hot. So I may have to double up on the ice cream for dessert.

The attack is actually a denial of service attack. What they do is take a bunch of computers that they have managed to get viruses on and use them to try to log on to the site at once. The traffic is to much for the server and and it just shuts down not allowing anyone to get on.

Why would anyone do that? I guess I just don't understand the "fun" of the world of malicious computer attackers.

Crazy lady!!!! I would have much rather been cleaning inside with the A/C on than outside mowing the yard!!!! LOL!!!!

I have enjoyed my day off so far today, we went to the mall to get a few things to start prepping for our vacation. I installed the other AC in the window, and both are running now, it is not too warm out but it is humid. YUCK!

I am going to take a hiatus from looking for a new job for a couple weeks, I am too close to my vacation at this point and if I were to get a new job now I may lose that much needed vacation. I will hold my nose and try to force a smile to get through. I did get an email to one of the places I applied and they informed me they decided to rescind the position and they were sorry. I am just happy they were professional enough to email me that information. Most places just let you wither without letting you know.

If I can get on later, I most definitely will.
