I was out most of the day but everything seems to be fine for me right now. I have been having a lot of problems lately, it's been off and on.

The pages still won't load for me. Tapatalk is my lifeline right now.

Good evenng all,

Just checking in to say hi... Took a vacation day today, so what did I do, I spent the day doing yard work, lol! Wow, we got popped with a severe thunderstom about an hour ago, the hail was coming down about the size of a nickle, We never lost power or anything, so that was good...

We're getting ready to go out and get some Chinese food (Fra-ra-ra-ra-rahhhh).....then head over to the mall, I promised my daughter that she could do some shopping, it's on Dad.... Then mabe get an ice cream cone later~

I hope everyone is starting to enjoy their holiday weekend. Have a good night!!!!

I don't think we have anybody in the direct path of the storm. Bradmac and Crown may get some of the outer bands but not any of the strongest portions. Crowns cottage will get hit too by some of it.

Our cottage is on Emerald Isle about 8 miles west of Atlantic Beach on the south facing coast, pretty close to ground zero.
We are hoping for a bit of a jog to the east. It could make all the difference.

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!! It's supposed to be a beautiful day here with a high of 73!!!! Yipee!! I can finally give the air conditioner a break. I don't have to much going on today during the day. I've already been doing my cleaning and now I need to get my pasta salad made up for tomorrow. Then I hope to spend some side outside this afternoon. I need to go to the grocery too but my mom wants to go along so I have to wait until this evening to do that. I'm sure it will be packed then. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow I will be cooking chicken, tators, cabbage, carrots, baked beans and.... wait for it... (throwing in a little Thanksgiving/Christmas goody) sweet potatoes. So bring that pasta salad on over and join us!!! :thumbsup:

Quiet????? What was so quiet about it? I had 3 loud grandkids over! Ha ha! I guess I should have came on here for some peace and quiet. Ah well, it was all good fun today with the kiddos.
