The weatherman just told me off. He mentioned the triple digits will be here this weekend then said, "deal with it or move"! I know he was talking to me and no one else because I do a lot of whining about this heat.

One of my all time favorites!!!
Good evening,
Long night at work, started busy then business died, got a lot done though.
I am up later than I want to be, couldn't get on here for a little while.
A t-storm came through about an hour ago and took away the humidity, nice sleeping weather tonight.
7 more working days until vacation!!!!
Good night, everyone.
Hello from Hawaii. Back soon! All love Yabba!!!!
Good Morning, MMC!!
Wishing you a blessed Thursday!!! The weekend is finally in sight!

Good Morning, Folks.
Closing in.
<< On what, Crown? >>
On our next Milestone, of course.
<< Which one is it, Crown >>
Well, first the numbers:
Days to the Season: 126
Days to Christmas Day: 168
Now, the Milestone.
It's number eleven on our chart.
It's the 2/3 Season marker.
And it's just barely over HALF a week away.
<< Wow, Crown! >>
Wow, indeed.
Need any extra humidity where you are?
We are willing to export.
Got an oversupply here and we'll let it go cheap.
Not overly hot but still muggy. Might get some rain.
Right now, our digital back door thermometer reads 76.8 degrees.
Have a Thrilling Thursday, Friends.
And an Exciting Expectation of Weekend Eve tomorrow!
I wish I could say I have lots of energy all the time! I have good days and bad days - yesterday was a great day with tons of energy! Some days I want to fall on my face. Ha ha! My mom, however, is always bouncing off the walls with tons of energy!!!!!

Good Morning & Happy Thursday Snowflake! :hi:
Found this reply to someone else asking when CIJ would be on the HSN forums today.
-Christmas in July at HSN starts on July 15 at 11 pm (EST) and all day July 16!
Their guide only goes up through the 14th right now so in 2 more days we should have the full schedule.
Did anyone see the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier on Home & Family today? Awe!!!!!

She was camera shy!!!!
LOVE the Mountain Bernese!!
Exactly! I am not just focused on him controlling the whole "Christmas viewing thing" but controlling in general. If he is controlling when she can watch innocent Christmas movies and hiding her things what else is he doing to her? I don't even have a problem if he is not interested in watching them but I see no harm in what she does on her own time. Crazy!
Speaking of Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers...
It thundered loudly during the night which caused my daughter to get in our bed. There was a place for my wife, a place for Anna, but no room for dad. Anyway, I went and got in her little twin bed which is way too small for me.
Then comes more thunder and Happy Dog. He was scared so he cuddled up next to me and kept nudging my hand until I wrapped my arm around him. I told him he should be embarrassed but he didn't seem to mind.
Shameful!
Time for "Window Wonderland" on Hallmark!
My mom and I just took the grandkids to a bounce house amusement place to meet up with my brother and his family. My niece was there, she just came in from Punxsutawney Pa., home of the famous groundhog Punxsutawney Phil! She lives down the street where he lives at the local library. She was sharing some funny stories about the yearly event of what goes on in preparing for it. People come from all over the world to see him and to come for the big event of Groundhog's Day. I guess because she has lived there most of her life she really don't understand the fuss. She only went down there once for the event but left before Phil came out. She said it is such a small town but gets really crazy leading up to the big day.
My mom and I played in the bounce houses and even crawled up the big inflatable slides and some type of inflatable jungle gym. I love seeing my mom, a great grandmother, still doing these kinds of things!!! When I grow up I am going to be just like her.
We had a great time visiting with the family!
and this for dessert

Good evening friends!
I called my cable company and found out I can get a second DVR to record all the great Christmas movies for the same price I'm paying for one.
Yippee, now I can watch my flicks in bed too!
I hope everyone is doing well.
Snowflake, got your drink waiting on you Buddy!!!!

I am more partial to the host in the green dress. cheesy
Good afternoon everyone
I hope your day started out well. My work day had a difficult start. When I got into the office our internet was down. Since most of my work is related to the internet in some way, I had to sit around. Got pretty bored and was already thinking about taking the rest of the day off. It finally started to work again a couple minutes before lunch.
Besides this, we should get new office furnitures but nobody knows when exactly. I guess it will be very messy.
Good morning MMC! What a beautiful morning! The temp & sunshine are just perfect! Wish I were outside!!
I just wanted to say this morning before I catch up on here - our contractor was over last night & they are digging TODAY!I couldn't believe it. Our contractor (Neal) called OUPS (Ohio Utility Protection Services) - call before you dig - & Time Warner Cable at 7:30am Tuesday, they have 48 hours to show up & mark your power lines/cable to your house. Guess what - neither one have showed up. Neal's wife called them again last night & they said if they haven't been there & Neal hits it, OUPS is responsible. Neal said "don't they understand we don't want to hit it!!!" He said a lot of times with cable (Time Warner) they will just let him hit it & they will come out & re-trench it, but we might be w/o cable/internet/phone for a day or two. Don't they know it's Christmas in July week on Hallmark??? :-( Neal said so far (xx) they have never hit a power line - he said they are VERY careful around that.
Anyway we scrambled last night to get the hose/housing out of the landscaping, we got our spotlight down, moved our fountain, & Jim pulled my trellis out from behind the clematis. I'm going to lose the clematis, but I dug up a volunteer petunia that comes back to see me every year & planted it in a pot.
I think I'll bring Gracie to the lake at lunch b/c she won't like all the noise. Neal's crew had another pour this morning, but thought they would be over around 11-11:30. I hope I'm home for lunch when they show up so I can take some pics! EEK! Getting excited!!!
Ok, now off to read posts!!! Have a great day everyone!
