Christmas Countdown - 2014

Good Morning, MMC!!

The sun is shining, and it's going to be a gorgeous day!
But, we better get our walking in early, because it's going to get hot.

What are your plans for the day?

Harlowe & I are going to take it easy, and get some stuff done around the house. It gets messy pretty quick, with construction going on across from us. Lots of dust.

And we plan to watch some Christmas movies, too :grin:

Adrian is away on business, so our sweet neighbors are going to come over this evening to hang out & keep Harlowe and I company. And they are bring dessert, can't complain about that =)

Days to the Season: 110
Days to Christmas Day: 152

And note well, my Friends -- as of TOMORROW, we will be down to single digits
to the 100-day Season Milestone and the start of a double-digit Season count.
(And that's enough to bust Carl's hump!)


Well, it certainly was humid yesterday but with reduced temperatures.
The trade-off made it tolerable.
Today should be clear but noticeably warmer.
Right now, we show 73 degrees here in the capital city.

Good morning!
Not too much going on here today, typical Saturday for me. I have errands to run including a big food shopping trip. Oh and the battery in my youngest daughters car died last night so it looks like I will be chauffeuring her around all day. My husband had to be on a job first thing this morning and won't be able to replace the battery until later today. If I have time I may also sneak to Hallmark and buy myself another ornament. Shhh!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can someone send a boat to rescue me?? The heavens just opened up here and it's coming down pretty heavy out there!!! It looks like this cell will pass here in another 10 minutes or so and then there is one more small cell to come through. The main event arrives tonight though with really strong storms. Mom is doing pretty good this morning. The shakiness is almost completely gone and just a bit of unsteadiness remains. So hopefully as the day goes on, that continues to improve. Not much on the agenda for me today. Just need to get some stuff done around here and maybe run a few errands. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not too much going on here today, typical Saturday for me. I have errands to run including a big food shopping trip. Oh and the battery in my youngest daughters car died last night so it looks like I will be chauffeuring her around all day. My husband had to be on a job first thing this morning and won't be able to replace the battery until later today. If I have time I may also sneak to Hallmark and buy myself another ornament. Shhh!

Just the usual Saturday stuff for us, and I should put in a couple hours of video work this weekend. I've been making winter hats when we watch TV or video---I should have a good box full to send to Friends of Boston Homeless this year. We'll have some nice turkey dinner leftovers later for dinner!
