Hey everyone! Good evening. Hope all is well with you. I am just thinking about heading to bed here soon. I've been very busy the past couple of days - working lots of overtime, so I'm pretty tired. We some friends over tonight and did a campfire, so we had an enjoyable evening.

Hope you're all having a great start to your weekend. This is my weekend off and I know I'll enjoy every minute of it! I'll talk to you guys tomorrow over coffee! Goodnight!

Going to warm back up today. We are going to get into the low 90s for the next few days. I can live with that. Typically, we are pushing 100, so this is still cooler than usual. Got to do some yard work and then I think we are taking Bambina swimming. Should be a fun day.

Well, its a big day for me.. I'm starting my Christmas lists!

Basically, I'm just going to wall around the shops and start to compile a list of possible presents for my family. No purchases will happen until December [emoji41]

Well, the rain took over as our weather highlight yesterday.

More humid too, but the temps stayed very low. Upper 60's for the most part.

We have begun at 65 degrees here, with the promise of more rain today and for the next several.

What are your plans?

Today is Adrian's birthday, so we will be celebrating!

We plan to go on a nice bike ride by the river, and then out to a nice dinner this evening. Should be fun!

Good morning!
It's raining here this morning and showers are expected throughout the day. I planned on grilling for dinner so hopefully it will clear out by this evening. Not too much going on here. My youngest and my middle one have to work for a few hours. My husband was up at 4:00am to head in to the city to be on a job. So it will be just be me and my oldest one for most of the day. She's still in pain but we expected this, we were told she may have a harder time recuperating because of her age. The pain pills have been making her so nauseous over the past few days, she doesn't even want to take them. I spoke with her doctor yesterday and he prescribed another medicine to help with the nausea. I hope that will do the trick. The poor thing. Thank God she took off for two weeks from work, she's going to need it. Anyway, I do need to sneak out of here at some point and go food shopping. Other than that I'll just be working on some chores.

Hey there! How's everybody doing on this Friday night? Not much going on for me tonight, everybody is out except for me, so with it being quiet around here, I turned on the computer and I'm streamming Merry Christmas Radio and I'm sitting here writing checks to pay bills....

I was really bummed this afternoon, I sent my real-estate agent over to barter with the homeowner of a house that we are interested in buying, and she came back with news that he will not budge in his asking price and will will not budge on our offering price. We are in a deadlock/ stalemate and going no where's, so I guess I'm going to chaulk it up as another loss...

That really stinks, but what can you do, tomorrows another day, so we are going to re-group tomorrow and discuss our next possible move, maybe start looking at property and have a home built????? I don't know, unchartered territory for us, so will see what happens, but I do know this now, I'm going to have to move twice now; ugghhhhh~

Maybe I can talk the wife into going to Hobby Lobby tomorrow, it's about a 45 minute drive from my house, but shopping (spending money) always makes me feel better~:!!

I understand your disappointment but the way I look at these types of things when it happens to us is there is something better waiting for us! It's usually true!

One example, my daughter was in college in the medical field while pregnant with her 3rd child. She had the baby during the semester but the time she had to miss was going to cause her to have to drop out and go back at a later semester. She was so bummed out and very sad because she was desperate to finish with this class. I kept telling her that there is a reason for her to finish college at a later time and something good will happen and it will be even better than ever. She was so THANKFUL because she got offered a job at the college right after she graduated to become a teacher. That offer was not available if she had graduated earlier. She has been promoted in the college and keeps telling me how thankful she is that it all happened the way it did. She had always either wanted to be a teacher or work in the medical field. She fulfilled both dreams, a teacher in the medical field!

No matter what, I understand your frustration. I think that trip to Hobby Lobby will make things happy for you! =) Good luck!

Very busy at store today, made the day go very fast. Not much going on. Rib cook off tomorrow, providing the rain stays away.
