Hello cedar, I hope you are having a good day today, I am getting ready for the week-end . I have to go to mom's to help her get ready for her new washer & dryer they are going to install upstairs for her.
Are you still sneaking in crowns suitcase to go on the cruise ? Make sure you remember the air holes so you can breath, HA HA HA!!!
Have a hot cup of coffee for me too.

I truly hope she doesn't climb into Crown's suitcase - airholes or not...........it's Holiday that's going cruising! If she sits in Crown's long enough, Cedar will probably end up in a bed store!!!!!!!!!!!

Original Post by Ms Holiday: I already know I'm forgetting something....oh wait...what more do I need besides a toothbrush & a flask???

Well, nothing really...maybe your sandals. LOL! Girl, you must be beside yourself with anticipation...!! When do you leave?
We will miss you Hol. Have a wonderful time...wear that sunscreen!

Got the sandals packed...and the sunscreen, & the shorts, shirts, dress, carmera (s) capris, swimsuits, jewelery, make up, "cruise purse", jammies, books, passports, tickets...ahhh what else!?!?! Lol! I know I am WAY overpacking & I'll still forget something! I am SO excited! Will be tough to sleep tonight! It is so hard to believe that we are leaving TOMORROW! When we booked this cruise 10 months ago, it seemed like we had to wait forever & here we are! Time sure flies! Hopefully the weather holds out...they are calling for snow overnight & into tomorrow afternoon. But one way or another, we WILL get to the airport! Lol!!

I haven't seen hyde nor hair of Cedar...I've got the suitcase sitting here ready for her to climb in! Cedar, where are you??? We leave tomorrow morning!!! :D

If I don't get a chance to log on tomorrow, you all have a GREAT week! I'll miss you all!

Bon Voyage!!

hmm is it something that induces sleep?
No, not the South Albanian mattress bird either.
Or the West Columbian Coffee Crane.
It is a bird very common to North America.

Days to the Season: 258
Days to Christmas Day 300
(# 300 has arrived!! Tomorrow, down into the 200's.
Then, on to the 1/3 season mark 2 weeks from tomorrow! )

Twenty-Eight for the daily commute to the office this morning.
But abundant sunshine!
A nice weekend is predicted to kick off March.

Well, have a Fabulous Friday, a Lovely Leap Day, and may your Weekend be Wonderous.

(Oh, and Cedar is welcome in my suitcase any day.
Binger too, as long as they don't spill coffee on my special travel pillow!)

~FRIDAY! FREEDEEEEEE!!! FRIDAY!!~Hi there Mamma!! I will stowaway in anyones steamer trunk as long as I have those essential items for survival...Flask, Sandals, IPOD, 2 Pretzels! Even Crown's!.. although they took a cruise last year and they slept the entire time.HOLIDAY!!! Have a super groovy awesome wonderful time!!!! Oh, Cedar back to you!

Cue Rod Serling.

Crownster. You may have missed my answer to your bird call, back a page please.....????? Well.?

Have a great day and Scoob...assuming your wife is not a Christmas nut...how does she react when you bring up this year's Christmas tree in FEB?

Woah, steady on there... I'm not married yet! ;-) Well, she isnt quite a christmas nut like me, but I think she has got used to my crazy ideas by now! In actualy fact it was her that brought up the idea of a massive christmas tree!! (I had obviously already thought that when we first looked at the house before we bought it, but I didnt say anything!!)

Anyhoo.... cant believe we are at the 300 mark already!

Lots more painting and decorating to do this weekend, so no doubt I'll be exhausted by the time Monday rolls around!

Hope you all have a great Friday, and an even better weekend!

Scoobie

Hey cedar, Sorry that you can't find your flask so no vacation for you.
Holiday have a great time on your cruise, I hope the weather is good for you.
I hope everyone has a great Friday & a week-end planned with fun things to do.

I know you all are sick of my concert reports but this one is one I can't keep to myself...I spent last night visiting with a certain duo from a group called Blind Faith...Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood. It was INCREDIBLE!!! Eric was on fire and Winwood's voice is as clear and strong as it was forty years ago when they recorded together!!! A great night in old NYC! My fear is that before very long, I'll have no more concerts to attend as all of my heroes will either not be touring or worse...Be dead!

Happy Friday to all the Nutter Butters, of which I am a proud, card-carrying member!!! Cedar of course being the chief cook and bottle washer of said Nutter-Butter, Inc. I'll be getting some of that snow that Dom is talking about...And I'd love to go on a cruise too...but...not this year...Crown...I'm secretly as big of fan of the mattress as you...My wife says that everytime I sit down, I fall asleep...Not at all true....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.......

Good Morning Everyone...and Happy Friday. Off to work this morning. My cold is much better today thank goodness. Don't really have much planned for the weekend other than doing a little shopping and taking daughter to a birthday party on Saturday. I hope you all have a great weekend.

~Hey!! it's the rockin' Jayster!

Wow Jay, I think it is just awesome that you are seeing all these classic rock musicians! Blind Faith...WOW! Eric Clapton? Pleease! Stevie Winwood! Say it isn't so!!! Good for you Jay, yeah!

Where did they play in NYC? You are so lucky you can go to concerts in the big apple. My sister works at the downtown Macy's in NYC and they go to shows all the time...I get to watch the mating rituals of Sandhill Cranes.

Yabba!

Cedar!!! It was just around the corner from Macy's at Madison Square Garden! In fact I walked right by Macy's on my way!!! It's on 34th street! It's a miracle! Well Cedar...Now that I know you have a really good reason too visit the Big Apple, you better do it soon and let me know when you are there!!! I'll meet you in the Rainbow Room for a glass of tea! Or whatever you might be carrying in that flask!!!
