I'm with you. Our forecast high for Saturday is 56. Seeing some color on the mountains. The popular trees in our yard are losing their leaves. Seeing more wildlife. Great time of the year.

I bet it's beautiful there! Enjoy!

I have to share this...

I'm at Sam's and just walked by their music section and heard Bing Crosby singing White Christmas. They've put some holiday music out and have a display cycling through some of the songs! I love this time of year!

Wow You guys are really busy posting!!!!! Four or five pages since my last post......gotta love this forum!

Kandice is home from school today....a cold has been bugging since last Thursday...not really coming out....after coughing at night for 2 hours and a headache in the morning I allowed her to stay at home.....since it is a public holiday on Friday.....I let her stay home tomorrow as well....so she has 5 days to rest and recover....either it will really come out....or it will just go away.

I hope Kandice is feeling better quick!! Maybe a Christmas show will help! :smile:

Good afternoon, MMCers! Hope you're all enjoying the day so far! I'm enjoying getting caught up here and watching QVC. I've already had my call this morning to do overtime tonight - so I'll be putting another 12 hour shift in. EA has baton tonight as well, so I'll be picking her up from school, helping her do homework, baton, home quick to do dinner, then to work.

Anyone have anything new to report? Nothing really new here - life just continues to be busy, but that's okay. It's keeps it interesting and fun!

93 for the high today and my AC is not working. I am waiting for the repair man to call.

The temps will go down into the 80's starting Friday and won't need the AC but is suppose to go back to the 90's starting next week.

It's 79 degrees right now and I have the house opened up, it doesn't feel too bad but around 3 - 4 pm it will feel a bit warm!

Oh no! I hope the repairman can get there fast!

Okay, you guys are going to fast for me to keep up with everything else I am trying to do. I will catch up here later. LOL!!!!

'Aint it great??? And it's only going to get better!!!

Just realized Sirius will have a YEAR ROUND Christmas station now! Channel 781 I believe

WEW! I'm caught up! (for now!) :grin:

I'm working through my lunch today so I can get out of here earlier so I can go home to paint while it's still daylight!! I painted the ceiling last night & when the sun hit it this morning, I could see some spots I missed. OOPS! Better to do it while the sun shines! Maybe I'll stick something in the oven that will make the house smell good - pumpkin bread? Zucchini bread?? Hmmm....
