Wow now that is a huuuuge Temp. Drop!!!!!! I don t want freezing temps immediately....but Im still walking around in Shirts and sometimes Shorts!!! Not cool in october...lol

Oh, you're breaking my heart! I can still see the Shiny Brite ornaments I grew up with, but they're forever gone. My dad took them to Florida when he moved there and remarried, and after he passed away his stepdaughter/executor simply threw out his stuff. (She also lived in his house illegally and lived off the assets of his estate for nearly two years until I was able to get her removed … but that's a whole 'nother story that's still unresolved.)

Is it too late to wish y'all a happy Sunday? Just didn't get to check in in the morning as usual. We took out our window AC after breakfast, then I went around cleaning windows (we have the tilt-in kind, but I pooped out before I did them all), then I had to update the website for Mr.'s upcoming film show. Now I'm just sitting around in the quiet house getting caught up with posts and thinking about a nice warm cup of something afterward and relaxing this evening.

Phew! What a long day! For the next 6 weeks every Sunday will be extra long days for me. We will be going to church extra early to take the grandchildren to practice for a performance they will do during a church service in November. Then I go to work afterward. I hope I have the energy for it but the kids are really excited and I will just have to make it work!
We could not get our TV working at work so I was unable to see the Cowboys game. Wayne texted me updates with the score, which was fine with my boss - he wanted to know the score too! I sure wish I could have seen the game! I was getting nervous with the tie and then into overtime. So happy they won!!!
We still don't have our air conditioner fixed and the temps are going back up to the 90's this week. I did hear from the repair guy and he should be here this week, hopefully tomorrow!
I hope you all have had a Merry Day my Christmas Friends!!!
