And there you have it - the day after tomorrow sees us down to TWO WEEKS to Christmas Day 2014.

Cool again yesterday, with a light evening rain to further dampen things.
Fortunately, I was able to get the back yard raked before the wet stuff began to fall.
Today has begun at 36 chilly, wet degrees here in the capital city.
You have a Terrific Tuesday Today, as you think about our next to the last 'Pines Day tomorrow before the big Christmas Eve wing-ding Carl is planning for the 24th.
(Yes, Christmas Eve falls on a Wednesday this year, as luck would have it!)

Goooood morning MMC! Yes that was kinda a wake up call in a slightly loud voice! I know I know it's only Tuesday! BUT One day closer to Friday! We are at a slightly cooler 37F and all the snow is gone from our backyard and has been for about a week now! Maybe we won't even have a snowpack this year which would be freaky in the Utah mts..not that there is not snow higher up than we are like at 7 to 10 ft elevation. we are at a low 4000ft kinda a valley in these parts..if we were at 4000ft anywhere in the east we would be living in a ski resort. It is just different out here, and they did say the western states would have a very warm winter so there you have it. As long as the temps are in the 30 in the morning and 50 in the afternoon even if that is 20F above average I can deal because I was use to much warmer temps in the deep south and still managed to get in the spirit. But we are expecting a slight cooldown and some snow sat. around 3 inches..(it will melt the next day because it will get up to 50F) but still we can get out and play with the kids and they will enjoy it!
I am still having wacky dreams again last night but they were kinda funny though,so I will take those anyday..I have to get Breakfast going then take Brandi to school or the car shop to see if her car is ready...I hate all the car commercials this time of year, I want to get a new one soo bad but ours are just a few years old, we would be upside down in our payments im sure, and that is not a good thing, we need to wait another 2 years I guess. have a great morning mmc!

My heart really goes out to you and JP.. I know that will be difficult, thinking about you and him today and sending out prayers that he will bounce back quick!
