Palmer is not feeling well this evening so I am home which means I am not able to watch Letterman tonight. Probably a good thing as I am almost out of tissues and I have a feeling tonight's show is going to be a bit emotional.

Stopping in to say hello! I've been non-stop since 6 am this morning, so I'm not sure if I'll make it until Lovemas or not. I'm hoping, but we'll see!
Today consisted of, breakfast with my co-workers, Christmas party at DS's school, lots of wrapping, taking the kids to see Annie, then making gingerbread houses. I'm tired now!

Good night, everyone!
I made it back to Sault Ste. Marie quite quickly. My flight left Ottawa at 7AM. I had a 25 minute layover at Toronto and then I was out of the plane in the Sault by 10:30AM. Not bad. It has been a busy day. I visited my Grandmother in the nursing home. She was in great spirits. My mom told her that I was coming back tomorrow, so she was surprised and happy to see me. Despite being her only grandchild that doesn't live in the Sault, I am actually the one who sees her the most. It's a real shame how some people can't take out 30 minutes of their week/month to visit someone that cared so dearly for them their entire life...
I managed to go to the gym afterwards, and then visit my dad, brother, and Cassandra. Cass looked great. She had her first round of chemo today, and claimed to be feeling well until around 9pm this evening. She's in good spirits. She was probably just getting tired. Thanks to you all for your support.
I think it's bed time now. I'm exhausted. Usually, on a Friday night, I would be out enjoying myself with old friends. Instead, I am too exhausted to function. Sleep is totally needed. I hope you all had a wonderful Friday. Good night! Merry Christmas!

That is a shame about people not going to see your grandma. My family in PA was like that with my great grandma too. I just don't get it.

My first Lovemas happened by accident. I just so happened to log on and I saw Made and Binger going back and forth. I turned to Letterman and joined the party. We had so much fun that night. When Darlene started singing, I was floored. FLOORED. I got so excited that I forgot about what time it was and called my parents....who was sleeping. It was quite the evening....
