it was a good day, really busy so went by fast, just the way I like it.

Good afternoon!
Been on the run all day. Went to Target, the bank, the supermarket & the butcher. Put groceries away, straightened up the house and started laundry. Having a quick cup of coffee right now but I'm heading back out soon. My daughter has a few errands to run and she's begging me to go with her. I'll pop back in here later today.

Well my Santa's are all down and packed away. I really need to stop buying so many. I'm running out of places to store them!!! I might have to get a storage unit if I keep this pace up!!!

I also have all of the ornaments off of the tree. Trying to decide if I should just go ahead and take it down too. I wanted one more night with the lights but now I'm thinking I should just get it over with.

This was me this morning! I thought I would leave at till Monday but then just ended up doing it!

Thanks! Unfortunately, the client hasn't even finished their meeting yet. It has to go through our creative department to make the client's changes before it comes to me, and it's already 3:45. Fooey!

Update: The office called about 4:10. After all that waiting … the client had no changes after their meeting. Oh, well! At least I can stop standing by.

thats ok, after using netflix for a year now I just figured out I can put the shows l like in my favorites list !

Well we just took the tree down and boxed it for the loft. This is our first artificial tree and I have to say I don't miss having to drag it out of the house to recycle That was always such a task!

I took a few more things down too and I brought the storage boxes down ready for the rest of it. I will finish up during the week.

As I a write this it is hitting me that it's all over but I am in good spirits. Kids and I have already been planning for Halloween. We want to get a Halloween tree

He had to take off work again today. He didn't want to because he now lost his holiday pay from yesterday but he was really feeling rough.

I lost my holiday pay for new years too, was just coughing to much to go into work. Next pay check is going to be not good.

Going to turn into rain/freezing rain, but right now it is a Winter Wonderland out there!



I get to putter around the house today ~ yay! But, wait, I have great news: I went up in the attic a few days ago!!! Yes, it only took me over a year and a half, but at least I finally went. Bodes well for a good year, don't you think? :wink:

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's going to be a rainy miserable day here with a high in the 40's. Then tonight the temps plummet and the rain will turn to snow. We shouldn't see to much accumulation though. Not a lot going on for me today. Just need to run to the grocery store for a few items and then it will be back home to work on taking down more Christmas stuff. My goal is to get all of my Santa's down today. Then the tree will come down tomorrow. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!

we are in the middle of a lovely snow storm, first snow since November so nice to see some.
I went shopping this morning and just took a pan of homemade buns out to the oven.
