Merry Tuesday!

I didn't get to pop back here yesterday as things were hectic. My eldest is still sick , it's worse than yesterday. I was up with him during the night. Mr. Festive is home again today too. Hopefully they will be back to good health in a couple of days.

I may have to pop to the pharmacy in a bit and I have parents evening tonight at 6:30pm. I sure the day is going to fly by. Going to try and get some work done if I can.

Good morning!
So tired today, I was up a lot with the dogs again. Those two are killing me. I can't remember the last time I was able to sleep through the night without being woken up. It's really catching up with me. Good thing they're so cute! :-D
I have work this morning and then I'll be catching up with daily errands and chores. I hope to pop back in later this afternoon when I take a coffee break.

Good Morning, Folks.



Steadily we advance through the count, onward to the next Milestone.

More about that in a moment.



First, there is this:

Days to the Season: 297

Days to Christmas Day: 339



Now, about that Milestone Marker.

It's the 1/4 Season point.

And it's only 23 days away. Practically down to 3 weeks!

(Can you imagine that? In just over three weeks, one of four quarters will already be completed!)





Not bad at all here yesterday, and our high touched 60 degrees for the first time in weeks.

No rain or wind either, with plenty of sun!

(About as good as it can get around here this time of the rolling year.)

We have started off just a bit on the cool side, at 43 degrees.

Good afternoon,

I hope all is well today, I am sitting and relaxing watching King Ralph now. I did run out and do a few things, one of which was I went to Kmart. They had their remaining Christmas stuff marked down 90% off, I picked up a "Believe" ornament, a box of glass ornaments, 54ft of Pine garland, a 16in. wreath with white lights, and a light up bow for the door. I paid a whopping $7.26 for all of that. I love after Christmas sales, I am going to hate seeing all of it go away.
I am fatigued after walking around, this is going to be tough to adjust tomorrow.

Well mom's 3 month trend holds true. Back at the ER with drooping face, numbness, and total right side weakness. I can answer the nurses questions before they even ask them.

They have mom back for the MRI right now. I'm 99% certain it will be clear and that we are just dealing with another TIA. I made her come though because she was complaining of her tongue being numb which doesn't usually happen with the weaker ones.

MRI was clear so just another TIA like I figured. Going to admit her for observation or basically until she can walk.

Praying for your Mom & for you as well (((hugs)))

Glad to hear kitty is healthy! She's beautiful!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

Nancy stayed with her mother last night at the rehab place. I don't think Mrs. Hilda is resting very well at night, her days and nights got mixed up at the hospital. The hospital nurses were in and out every couple hours, so she got in the habit of cat-napping. It's tough to get back into the sleeping-all-night routine, and I think she gets lonely & anxious when she realizes she's alone at night. Oh well.

It's a beautiful day again, sunny and expecting a high in the upper 60's!

Hope Mrs. Hilda gets back in her routine soon. It's great that Nancy is able to do that and is great too, that your willing to let her do that! You're two of a kind! This is something that very commonly happens to people and once they go home from the hospital and get back into their routine, they do fine. Praying for Mrs. Hilda!

Good Morning, MMC!!!! It's going to be another nice day here with a high near 50 degree's and sunny. I have lots of stuff to do today that I didn't get done yesterday since I stayed at my sister's longer than expected. First things first though, I need to run and get me some more allergy meds. Darn nature. LOL!!!! I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!

Good morning MMC! Happy Tuesday! This morning we had some drizzly rain - our road was a little slick, but main roads are fine. Now it's warming up nicely & the rain has stopped. Tomorrow it drops back down to the 30's for a high, so we better enjoy today!



My Dad was supposed to smoke chicken quarters for us tonight, but Mom called & said he fell this morning. I guess his knee has been giving out on him. He has a doc appt. this afternoon, so hopefully they can figure something out for him. Poor guy! Hate that!

Good Morning MMC !!!
Found out on the news this morning that Toronto city hall is just now taking down their 50' Christmas tree. Had I known it was still up would have gone over to take a picture when I dropped mom at the airport.

I am trying not to be stressed about my ankle, to independent I think is the problem. Go to work tomorrow afternoon for 4 hours, will see how it goes.

LittleCS is here now to help out and we are watching Dolphin Tale 2.

Will relax as much as possible today.
