Praying that it happens!!

You're welcome =)

I have some important decisions and phone calls to make today.
And then Harlowe & I are going to go for a drive in the country and take a few long walks. I'd like to catch up on some reading, e-mails, cards and phone calls too! That will keep me busy!

xx

Good Luck with your decisions, Buddy!! Praying for you.

The drive sounds wonderful!!! Wish I could join you!!!

Enjoy catching up with everyone!!!!

xx

Good morning!
Happy Sunday!
I didn't have a chance to pop back in here last night, turned out to be a busy day. I spent the morning running errands and working on chores. I was with my parents, brothers & their families all afternoon. And my husband and I had an unexpected date night which was very nice. Not too much going on here today. Keeping and eye on that storm heading our way this evening in to tomorrow. I need to watch the latest forecast and see how much snow we're expecting. I'm going to head out soon to pick up a few things but other than that it should be a relaxing day. I'll see you all later. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Sorry guys, I saw this latest on AccuWeather:

Maryland is getting a big ole goose egg again....:-?

Believe me, if there were some way to redirect it to Maryland, we would! cheesy

I just read a blog by a local meteorologist who says this will be the winter most of us in New England will remember the rest of our lives, in terms of snow and cold. That's kinda scary, considering a few past winters I can remember. This cold and snowy pattern is causing gridlock, hobbling public transportation (the cold and snow are causing equipment breakdowns), and slowing travel by car everywhere because streets are so narrow and the sight lines at intersections are blocked by snow banks. It's been taking me 15 to 20 minutes longer to commute to and from work, on the days I can get there at all. Some days the mail and packages can't be delivered. No joke, there's no place to put all the snow. It's insane. Normally I'd enjoy staying inside and watching a substantial snowfall, but now we have to shovel and get plowed frequently, sometimes twice a day, and keep an eye on the snow load on the roof. Our friend who plows for us has offered to shovel our roof and push snow aside so we can use the snow rake if we have to. (He very kindly assembled our snow rake for us.)

He was by this morning to plow last night's snow. When we paid him we decided to write the check for TWO plows, 'cause he'll certainly have to come by again later tonight. I'm sure we'll see him tomorrow, too.

Thinking of you guys.
Please stay safe & warm. Praying that it won't be as severe as predicted.

Good evening,

Extremely busy day at work, I get to do it again tomorrow. I'll talk more tomorrow night, when I don't have company over.

Goodnight, everyone

Hope work isn't as busy today! Enjoy your company!

Well, I made it back here like I said I was going to. I guess better late than never....

Had a great time tonight, we are just getting settled in for the night, I'm still up yet, because I'm full! The food was wonderful and plentiful, so I had to have seconds on everything, plus have dessert~ So needless to say, I don't want to go to bed with a full tummy....

Glad you had a great time!

Good Morning, My Friends!

Another dawn.
Another count number.
The days come and go like ghosts.

We therefore present today's haunting figures:
Days to the Season: 278
Days to Christmas Day: 320

But what's really frightening is the dangerously close proximity of 2015 Milestone number two, the one-quarter Season marker -- it's just 4 day away -- barely over half a week.
(Scary!)

Hey. It was.....well.....WARM here yesterday, with our high in the low 60's. The upper 60's are predicted for today.
No rain, either.
Niiiiiiiiiiice!!
We are at 47 degrees here, currently.

Have a Super Sunday, Guys!
And fully enjoy the remainder of your weekend.

Thanks, Crown - exciting! Enjoy the warm weather!

Good Sunday morning, my Christmas friends!

Nancy stayed with her mom last night, so I'm trying to get the kids up and ready for church by myself. Elizabeth, bless her heart, is no trouble at all. But that Jacob! I feel like Homer Simpson sometimes: "The boy. Bring me THE BOY." LOL

It's supposed to be sunny and 70° today. Now, where's my fishing pole?

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

Good afternoon, Brad! Hope you're enjoying that warm weather and having a great day!

On our thrift store run yesterday I found this little item that reminded me of someone

And of course just had to add to my cherished teddy collection with "Annette, tender care given here"

Great finds!

Praying the snow ends soon, MerryCarey!!!

I just saw where Jim Cantore is back in Boston for the week. He shared this on twitter-
