Yes they can!!! Vegas was perfect last time in January. Warm during the day and just a bit chilly at night.

Yep, summer was hibernation time. Kind of like winter for some people.

Spring was perfect!

Yipe!! Thanks for the warning! I wonder if he's in Boston proper. In the past, he's sometimes come to the MEMA bunker in Framingham, a little west of Boston.

I haven't been able to get any really good photos of the snow because there aren't many places to stand to get good shots! I'm tempted to wade out into the yard to get a picture taken of just how deep it is, but I'd get soaked.

He's a very nice, hardworking guy. His wife and I used to work at the same place. We've known them since their son was a little boy---now he's in the Marines!

• It's a whole lot easier building an igloo.....
• You don't need a freezer any longer, just open the door and place the leftovers in a snow bank....
• You can ski to work or hitch up the dog team.....
• Another reason to keep your Christmas lights up and on till spring...:lol:

• It's a whole lot easier building an igloo.....
• You don't need a freezer any longer, just open the door and place the leftovers in a snow bank....
• You can ski to work or hitch up the dog team.....
• Another reason to keep your Christmas lights up and on till spring...:lol:

As we've been getting a foot or more of snow at a time, if we buried leftovers in the snow, we'd never find them again!

If I still had lights on the tree outside, they wouldn't work---the stake with the daylight sensor would be buried! cheesy

And our dog team is all worn out, so I'll be working from home tomorrow. (Actually, the governor is asking people to stay home tomorrow.)
