Christmas Countdown - 2015

Lisa just called. She's still stuck in traffic, couldn't make it back to the hospital, I told her not to even make the attempt to drive 50 miles in this get home. So now, she's trying to get to her parents house down there. She left work at 3pm and has only made it 3 miles....

Wow! Praying for her.

She called and made it to her parents house safe and sound but scared to death; I thought she left work at 3, she said she left early at 2:15! Almost 3 hours to go 5 miles to her parents house.... Thank the Lord, she got there safe and without any incidents!!!!

I told her to stay the night down there and don't worry about us, we're fine, and we aren't going any where's tonight.... All's well that ends well~

Now I can relax and calm down....

Glad to hear she made it there safe and sound. I'm sure she was scared to death, as were you.

I just checked outside the house here, and it's still snowing and we have around 9 inches on the ground so far.....Yes, I got my snow!!!! "I did it"! (Christmas Vacation):yahoo:

Good Saturday evening, my Christmas friends!

I'm tired! Jacob's band had an early morning gig today. I had to have him 30 miles away at 7am. It was still in the 20's when we got there (for an outdoor gig!), and they almost froze to death, but they got the gig done. What troopers!

Now I'm tired and chapped from standing in the wind.

Mrs. Hilda is doing great. I just got home from having supper at her house. Lulu is doing pretty good, too.

The snow is still coming down here! I just heated myself up, a nice big bowl of Lisa's chicken-pot-pie that she made last night and a couple of biscuits. Nothing like some warm comfort food on a night like this~:thumbsup:

During the off season, which is only about 6 months, he does other lighting and landscape lighting. He did my former bosses lighting at the practice, and even the big tree downtown for the tree lighting ceremony. And also his backyard!
