Thanks! They downgraded our storm last night and said it was going to stay mostly south of us, towards the Maryland boarder.
We're only to get a total of 2-4 inches.

Our snowfall total was downgraded as well, 3-6 inches. The higher amount is expected on the south shore of the island, that is where I am located.

I'm watching the news right now and most of the school districts around here are closed. I'm really surprised that the preschool is open. That's good news!!
We got 6 inches the on Tuesday, but they were originally calling for 8-10, so I was happy with that!
Hopefully it will all start melting after today.
This looks like the last really cold day for awhile. Fingers crossed!

That is good news! We had a lot of rain Tuesday in to Wednesday night, after the freezing rain, that caused flooding here, especially through the streets and such. Not only were the roads icy, but some where completely washed out. They had to close school yesterday because of it. I'm hoping that the snow gradually melts and doesn't cause a problem again!

Good morning, friends! Looks like we aren't going to get as much snow as they originally called for, which I'm glad for! DS is up with me, but EA is still sleeping.
They'll both be at school today, so I'm not sure what DH and I'll get ourselves in to.

yesterday was a beautiful day, actually went above 0c! This morning however we are back down to a wind chill of -24c (-11f) brrrrrrrrrr
Off to work again today. Yesterday no one showed up in the cash office which meant we opened the store and could only take debit or credit because I had no $$$. Someone came running in 1/2 hour later and in record time had our tills out to us. Then someone went home sick so we were short handed for awhile....fun start to my day. The rest went well and fast as it was busy.
