A beautiful day here again today with sunshine & temps in the high 50's. Fantastic day to get work done around the outside of the house.
Counting down the days until we are able to go to the casino for the evening, 8 days & counting. Will feel nice to get away for the night & have some fun.
Hope everyone had a great week-end, & you all have a nice week this week.

Ceadar hope your back is feeling better sinece yo did all that work in the yard.

Crown, I can only imagine the disappointment in those brown eyes when you told Fox the trip was cancelled! Hope he was given an extra long walk to make up for it.

Another beautiful sunny day, warm temps. Gosh, three in a row...don't know if I can take it! Ohhh, my aching back.

The BIG game tonight...Memphis & Kansas...should be an exciting one. College basketball rules!

Thanks Ms. Deb! ~How are you? Nice to see you and so happy for you. It will be day number 3 outside with rake in hand today! The garden is still too muddy to do much in. Spring, it's a wonderful time of year...look forward to Fall and Christmas all over again....( OMG, that sounded crazy. )
 
Doing good Cedar, make sure you pace yourself outside, Spring is so beautiful as the earth gives new life to the flowers, trees & nature it's self. Have a great day !

:-? I struck out, Cedar - nothing like what I was hoping for. I'll take a look in Ottawa or T.O. if I have time. I want a few nice outfits for my external meetings at work not just "kick around the house" kind of clothes.

Well, second morning hearing my Robin, but no visual yet.

The Mallard left, but he might return a nest, I spotted a good place for him if he hasn't check it out already. What do I know, I'm not a duck.
 
I Don't Like Mondays

Well, today the song popped into my ears via MP3 Player during my cardio work out. I actually listened to the lyrics and said, "what are they singing about?" I guess it's old news, but I missed it. I checked it out and sure enough Snopes.com says the lyrics are based on a sad event in '79.

I checked it out on snopes.com and it’s registered there as a TRUE story.

What a beautiful day it was outside, and there was plenty of baseball to enjoy at night time. Although I always get a tad sad when Christmas passes, this time of year is such a delight. Hope everyone had a nice start to the week, as Garfield the cat says "Lets get the mondays over with"

Hard to believe the 100's will be here in less than 3 weeks.

Brighter outside today with no rain predicted.
Of course, rainfall is replaced by pollen fall at this time of the year. Yellow rain. Or more like yellow snow. Not very Christmassy, I'm afraid. It's enough to scare Santa away!

Morning all...Woke up to about 2 inches of the white stuff today. Looks as if we may get rain this afternoon. So I'm sure it won't stick around for long. The birds have gone into hidding...I hear no chirping outside today. I have a luncheon to attend this afternoon with a few other ladies who have also volunteered their time at the local Hospice. Looking forward to a nice lunch and some chit-chat with everyone. I hope everyone has a great day!

Hi Guys!!!

Sorry I've been absent for the last week or so...I went to a college reunion that accompanied a business trip in the same city...I was away for five days and for some reason my laptop would not link with Wifi spots that I found...It's taken me two days too catch up both at home and at work and I'm still reading posts that were put up recently. Sometimes I wonder if it's worth going away because when I come back I'm so behind the eight ball...

Anyway, I missed you guys and thought of you each day...And it is so good to be back...
