Good afternoon all. 1/4 of the way to Christmas, WOW. Great weather weekend coming up with a forecast high of 40 & low of 21 Saturday plus a chance of light snow.

Ethan will be home from college a week from today for several days on Easter break. Looking forward to it.

Good afternoon, everyone!

I hope you've all been having a great week! I wish I could have stopped by earlier in the week, but I have been a little busy. Well, kind of busy. Tuesday was a busy day of teaching. I missed a call yesterday, but managed to catch up on some, apparently, much needed sleep. I somehow slept from 9am until 12:45pm. Wow!

I felt much more refreshed this morning. I am actually back at my normal school, too, which is quite nice. It's been a great day, overall. Not a whole lot is happening elsewhere. All is fairly quiet for this weekend. It seems as if all the big plans will come about next weekend...

I hope you're all ready for the final weekend of March and the last weekend before Easter! We're only one more day away. Have a great Thursday, everyone!

Hello everyone. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers last night. Nothing big at our place: a fence panel down, my sons basketball goal and a bit of damage to the trampoline. I'll get up on the roof later and look it over.

Of all the tornadoes we've been through (October '98, May '99, May 2003, May 2013) this one may have scared us the most! It wasn't big but it came from nowhere! We had no warning. We knew there would be severe thunderstorms, but the tornado caught everyone off guard. One minute it's raining then the next the sirens are going off, wind and hail are all around, and we are headed underground. I'm just glad no one was hurt!

I failed to mention, HAPPY MILESTONE DAY!!! Indeed, we are already 1/4 to Christmas Day! It has certainly flown by. Much thanks to Crown for making the months to our favourite Season flash before our very eyes!

I am sure everything will go by even faster when the weather (at least here) finally warms and the leaves and trees make the presence felt!

Good morning MMC! Happy Friday Eve!! My co-worker had to remind me this morning that in 9 months, Christmas is over! What a bah humbug!

Not much going on today! Our backsplash is done except my hubby has to put some (clear) caulking around it yet. Tonight I have stitch & 8itch at our house, so hopefully the girls will approve! If not - too bad! cheesy :wink:



I got all the thank you notes written out for Dads funeral last night. My hand was sore & my writing was starting to get sloppy in the end, but "thankfully" that's done! :smile:
