Hey there! How's everyone doing tonight? I'm just getting back from the hospital. First, I went, had this aching tooth looked at (and that's all he did to) and I need to have a re-root canal of a back tooth that I had a root canal done on, around ten years ago. That's happening tomorrow morning at 10:30.

Now, Vicki, I left the dentist office and went straight to the hospital to relieve the wife so she can come home and get some sleep. The surgeon came in tonight and checked on her, and he's keeping her there overnight for continued observation. He's now leaning to not doing surgery, because he stated that her appendix may only be a little infected and that he's waiting to see how the antibiotics thru an IV will do.... Her temperature has come down and her pain has subsided some but she is still running a low grade fever even with the antibiotics in her. It's a wait and see sort of thing now..... Hopefully, they will have more time to work on her and knock that fever out completely, so she can come home tomorrow.

Well, I'm going to enjoy my dinner (peanut butter and graham crackers), while catching up on the posts from today....

I will continue to keep her in my thoughts, good luck on the root canal tomorrow

A pretty lousy night at work.

I made it through the day, I am feeling better than I was this morning, but my belly still feels like it is doing backflips.

The morning will be here way too soon.

I watched my Bruins lose their game tonight, I am worried they may not make the playoffs this year. Only 2 more games to go and they are barely clinging to a seed.

We were talking to LC about his homework the other day and how important it is to do it and get good grades to help get a good job later on in life. We talked about how when he gets married and has kids that you will need that job to help pay for things.

His response was priceless:

"I am never getting married, because my wife would expect me to get a job."

He is so unintentionally funny, my wife says we should start a book of his "-isms"
