Friday woohoo!!! Sadly I got called into to work tomorrow for a few. Would've been a nice day to enjoy the sun out here. Hope everyone has had a great week and was filled with that Christmas spirit! Now lets enjoy the weekend even more.

I still remember the first time I heard that song.
Terrific wrap up to my time off work, it's a beautiful 68 F out there and supposed to reach 72 later today.
Rain is holding off until tomorrow night, but that could change.
No definate plans for the grill this weekend, but we are heading to the lake, so I'm sure it will get fired up at least once! :smile: I'm glad you mentioned ribs b/c we have a whole box of ribs in my parents freezer (we were out of room in ours!) Our friend is a truck driver & he brought us around 30 lbs. of ribs....we should make some of them soon!! We learned a new trick over the holidays...boil them in apple juice (instead of water) before you grill them! :thumbsup:

Happy Friday everyone. The weather is great here again today we skipped spring & we are into summer here. Temps in the 80's today & tomorrow.
The grill is a going here, making pork steaks, & roasted potatoes on it tonight for dinner. Love cooking on the grill.

I wonder where the coffee is???!!!
It's Saturday (as Maureen states the obvious). Glorious day in downtown Perthshire. Windows wide open and sheets blow drying in the wind (not in the living room, I hasten to add) The boys have been for a long walk and are now skinning a fuzz covered monkey and elephant respectively.
We too are planning on firing up the BBQ - quite fancy a 2" thick ribeye, which a good vet could revive. An acceptable start to my week long vacation!!!!!!! Yay me!!!!!!!!! Friends arriving from Montreal on Monday so I SUPPOSE I'd better look like I'm trying and vacuum around a bit

You know I had a nightmare last night. I opened a can of Maxwell House coffee (why, I don't know) and there was Binger's face among the beans, leering at me.
Scared me so much, it took a full 2 minutes to get back to sleep!

Hmmm..... Think I'll drop by the local state fairgrounds flea market and look for old big band LP's. Could use some more Tommy Dorsey.

Working in the garden so we can start planting next week.

Good Saturday Morning Friends! Beautiful but mellow day here in Montana. Sunny with the hi being about 64. No wind so far so that's nice. Not sure what we have planned for today just yet. :hello: Reach a beautiful 76 here yesterday afternoon, the temps dropped to about 36 overnight - made for chilly need covers kind of morning.
It's about 64 F right now, hoping for another day like yesterday.
Finished a two-hour spin cycle marathon to Kenya and back as a fundraiser.
Yabba-dabba-di-yi-ay-ay and an ouchy-wah-wah too! Expect I'll be pushing Crown out of bed for an afternoon doze. Can't nap now, my internal motor is still running. Feels like I've had two pots of coffee. Anyone around here relate to that feeling? Anyone?
