Hi All
Haven't been around in quite a while / just dipping my toe back in as we approach the half way mark to the season.
I've some major catching up to do. Not sure who's still around that I remember so give me a shout out.
Really hope you are all well
Happyelf

So nice to see you! Hope to see you around more often!

Morning all and a happy Sunday! I've been having a busy time of it lately and haven't been able to get through the posts on here as often as I'd like. I've been organizing my soccer teams end of season awards dinner in my spare time and works been hectic. The dinner was last night and went really well so hopefully I should be enjoying some spare time again. Can't wait to read some pages and see what everyone's up to. Have a great day people.

Oh no. Hope you feel better in the morning!

Thank you Tis the season!
Hope you have a very Happy Sunday!

Thank you so much. I'm relaxing for a few minutes with a cup of coffee and then I'm going to try and pull myself together. Sending hugs & prayers back your way. Have a Happy Mother's Day Snowflake!
xo

Thinking of you!
Happy Mother's Day, HmG!! [emoji166]

Good Morning, Fellow Travelers.

And on we voyage aboard the good ship MMC, headed for Christmas but stopping at interesting points along the way, such as other holidays.......and Milestones!

Speaking of the latter, let's check on our next port of call after we inspect the latest count numbers, shall we?
Days to the Season: 187
Days to Christmas Day: 229

OK. A quick reference to our nautical charts, and with careful analysis of our navigational instruments, I have determined that our position is precisely five days away from the 50 percent marker.
(Better start getting ready for a shore excursion!)

Our weather continues to deteriorate as Tropical Storm Ana approaches from the south and just stuck land near Myrtle Beach a couple of hours ago.
Should be no wind here to speak of but lots of rain is predicted.
The temp stands at 69 degrees here currently and it's quite cloudy and wet.

Regardless of your weather, batten down the hatches and have a Super Sunday, Everyone!

Good Morning. I never made here at all yesterday, I was busy-busy-busy yesterday, more so than usual. I cut the grass, pruned about 24 trees, edged, cleaned up debris (tile and masonry) back by the shed that the previous homeowners left and tossed that into a giant hole that I am filling up, fixed a broken outside light, cleaned up the back patio, sprayed some round-up on some weeds around the house and then I completely tore down a stone wall. Which then I was pre-occupied with catching and removing the critters that were all living in it.

I caught two baby milk snakes, about 12 inches long (which are non-venomous and eat mice and other snakes; they are in the king snake family) and then I caught this really wicked looking spider. This this was the biggest spider that I have ever caught or seen around any house that I've owned. The thing completely filled the bottom of a mason jar; from one side to the next. It was huge... Lisa about had a fit when I brought the
mason jars in the house and said " Happy Mothers Day!".

Now she's scarred to death to even trim or prune anything outside. I told her to wear gloves and poke around first, before you stick you hands in any bush. I eventually took them out back behind the shed and let them loose in the woods. I told them to go find some bugs to eat.....

Then last night we went out and had a nice Italian dinner with a cannoli for dessert; Yum....

Today, in-laws are coming up for a Mothers Day feast and other than that, I might do a few little things in the house here...

I hope everyone enjoys they're day today...

Good morning everyone. I hope this finds you doing well. We made it to the beach yesterday afternoon safe and sound. The plan for today is just to relax and maybe head to the beach for a few hours later on today.
I hope everyone has a great day. To all of the mothers out there, Happy Mothers Day!!!
