I ran out to the lake at lunch ~ we can't find Gracie's collar anywhere. We have a wireless containment system & her collar seems to have disappeared! Not sure if she ate it, or what. HA! I'm hoping it didn't end up in the trash I took away last night! :-? Hopefully it will turn up! Our neighbor there has an extra one, so I got that from him to borrow until we get a new one or find Gracie's.

It POURED when I was out there! Jim & crew got about 3 hours of golfing in b/f the rain started. Not sure if they are waiting it out, or calling it quits. But I would say a wet day on the golf course is still better than a day at work. cheesy

********** MILESTONE DAY **********

Good Morning, Everyone.

And say hey, hey.
It's a Milestone Day.
And what a way to say hello to a new week!

The numbers:
Days to the Season: 158
Days to Christmas Day: 200

And, of course, the figures speak for themselves in revealing the Monumental Milestone in question, THE 200-DAY CHRISTMAS DAY WINDOW, now open wide, through which we can see clearly the double-100's count numbers ahead and the ever-accelerating race to Christmas Season 2015!

Quite pleasant again here yesterday, but the heat is supposed to return today and the rain tomorrow.
Still, all in all, our late Spring has been above average in the comfort department.
We are at 70 degrees here, currently.

Have a Marvelously Magnificent Milestone Monday My Many MMC Friends!

Woohoo! It's a Milestone Monday! Happy 200 Days until Christmas, everyone! I gather that there was such a celebration that I could not load MMC until now!

Holiday, praying for your mom. I bet your garden is doing good what with all the rain! The tomatoes here must have shot up two inches overnight ~ they love the spot they are in this year. I still have to look up Cubanelle peppers ~ never heard of those before. Have a MERRY day!

HmG, continued prayers for you and Molly.

Track, praying for you!

Xmastidings, I am so sorry to read that your uncle passed away. My deepest condolences to you and your family. How is your grandfather doing?

MerryCarey, continued prayers for Gloria and for you and Mr.

CAH, I hope you and Wayne have a MERRY day!

Made, continued prayers for your mom. Enjoy your rest today!

Brad, congratulations to Jacob on his award.

Happy Milestone Day, MMC!!!

It took far longer to catch up on here than I thought it would and now I have to get some work done. Have a most MERRY day, dear friends!

Hope you can find Gracie's collar, Holiday!

I would agree, a day of {partial} golf is definitely better than work!!

Good afternoon, everyone!

I hope you all had a great weekend. It's fantastic to arrive at this wonderful Milestone Monday. We've started the week on the right foot. Unfortunately, the weather hasn't quite done the same here in Ottawa. It's been pure rain for much of the day in Canada's Capital. Let's hope it changes tomorrow... Speaking of tomorrow, I am quite excited to see the count reach the 100s. It's nearly a milestone in itself!

Thanks to everyone that wished me well in my race on Saturday. I had a very fun time. I restrained my calf within the first 1.5km, but managed to carry on without slowing down much. The only problem is that I ran into a large group of slower runners with about 1.5km left in the race (they began about 30 minutes before my time). I could not pass them because they were all stuck in the heavy mud, and there was no way around. It was my first obstacle race and I still managed to have a great time, really. I look forward to doing it again next year. A few of my friends have already convinced me to run another race in just under three weeks now, too.

This was also Kim's first race. She found it a little frustrating with all the slower people, but she was super happy that she did it. She did a great job!

Overall, it was quite a busy weekend. I'd like to say that I can rest next weekend, but I have volunteered to chaperone a cabin field trip with the Grade 8s at Russell. Mostly, they're really good kids, so it should be a fun time!

Well, I hope the weather on your end is much nicer than the rain we've had here. Enjoy the rest of your Monday, everyone!

Thanks Meceka! Happy Milestone Day! The garden is loving the rain! Especially the weeds! :-? That's awesome that your tomatoes are doing so well! YUM! Ours look good too, except the San Marzano tomato's I ordered don't look so good. Hopefully they will snap out of it yet!! xx Have a great day!!!

Good evening,

Busy day, like usual as of late. JP had a game this afternoon, his best of this season so far. He had a hard hit and a great defensive play at 3rd base.

Head back to work tomorrow, hoping for a good day to get to my Tuesday off.

Need some sleep.

Goodnight, everyone.

Way to go JP!

Congrats on finishing the race! Glad you had a good time. I hope your calf heals quickly!
Been kinda rainy here too, but that's ok for a Monday. Better today than yesterday! :)
