Christmas Countdown - 2015

Good Morning, Friends.
Mid-Week greetings to one and all!

Continuing on through the 100's to Christmas Season 2015, we pause to examine the Milestone chart in an effort to discover the identity of our next marker and its proximity.

Lo and behold, we learn that it is the HALF WAY point to Christmas Day, it is Milestone number TEN and it arrives on June 26, a scant 16 days away.
TWO WEEKS from the day after tomorrow!

(I'm almost sorry I looked. This is getting scary!)

Days to the Season: 156
Days to Christmas Day: 198


A bit more heat.
A bit more humidity.
Day by day, that is the weather story around here.
We got about half an inch of rain here Monday night but are supposed to be dry for the remainder of the week.
Currently, it is 72 degrees here in the capital city.


Well, it's the hump of the week and we all know what that means.
So does Carl, and he's ready for you.
But the question you have to ask yourself is.......are you ready for him?
I hope to be, this evening. How about you?

Glad to hear she isn't having as many episodes! Hopefully with the monitor on, if it is her heart, it will show. Continued prayers for her and you! Again, it's wonderful that you guys are there for her!

Thanks sugar! She had an apt with her family doc this morning & he has taking her off the heart monitor - she was very happy about that. He also took her off her new med & put her back on an aspirin per day so we'll see if her light headedness stops. Hopefully that was the cause of all this. She isn't feeling well this morning - said she feels "woozy"! She is at my oldest sisters today!

Thanks sugar! She had an apt with her family doc this morning & he has taking her off the heart monitor - she was very happy about that. He also took her off her new med & put her back on an aspirin per day so we'll see if her light headedness stops. Hopefully that was the cause of all this. Did a quick read through,

-to all not well praying you feel better soon.
-for the "disconnected" hope you get a good connection and come back
-for those who have dogs that like to run around with out you may you find a good long leash that they cannot get away from
-as for making the tough choices, I pray you will consider all options and go with what is best for all and that you will have peace with your choice

Yea, I echo your sentiments. I also did a quick read through. Thank you all for all of the well wishes, I am doing much better tonight. I'm just really tired from it all though, so I'm not going to stay on. I'm hoping tomorrow is a much better day. I think about you all constantly and hope the best for each one of you. I know I haven't been here very long, but I like to think I've found some very nice friends and wonderful people to chat with.

I'll probably be on in the am tomorrow, until then, have a very merry night... and what about that 199 days marker???? I'm SO excited!!!

Hey gang! Hope all is well. Sitting here watching the NBA Finals while everyone else is sleeping. I have really started to enjoy these unexpected quiet moments.

Doc and I was talking about it getting closer to the 4th of July, then she said we might should start planning some of these new traditions that we want for our family. That gets me all excited.

Warming up here....hit 93 today. More of the same tomorrow. Hope yalls weather is as good!

Friends, I hope everything goes ok for everyone. I know some of us are going through some tough times, but the strength of your loved ones and our little community will get you through....hang tough.

Good Afternoon, Mmc!!! I miss you all!!! There are 4 Comcast trucks around my apartment complex this morning. So they must be working on something and disrupting my borrowed connection. So I came out to my aunts to get a few things to get a connection because I had to get a few things done. She is on vacation this week though and was getting ready to head out to an Amish market. So I decided to ride along. Right now we are at a little candle shop that I made her stop at though and they have a year round Christmas section. I'm in heaven!! Lol!! I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!
