Good Morning, Mmc!! It's a muggy morning here in central Indy. The low last night was 76. It looks like the temp will hold pretty steady all day though as some storms move in later this morning. I'm sitting at the hospital now waiting on mom to get finished with her sleep study. Then we have a few more appointments this morning and a couple of errands. Hopefully will be home before the strongest of the storms. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!

How did you like that finish last night?

It was scary!! I went from being barely able to keep my eyes open to wide awake and following twitter for the next hour to make sure everyone was going to be okay in the stands.

I slept so well last night that I didn't want to wake up this morning-eek! I hope I'm able to wake up before work! And indeed, precisely one week from today we will be entering the FINAL THIRD of our Season count!

Dry yesterday and fairly warm, albeit not too uncomfortable. Still no rain predicted for today.
We have commenced this day before 'Pines Day at 74 degrees here in the capital city.

They are adorable! Last year Gracie got one of my favorites from home. I'm sure I'll never find another like it - it was a plastic Santa waving from his house. Cheap, cheap, cheap - but I loved it! cheesy

 

[Holiday]

Hello MMC family! Hope all is well with you all! Hope you're all enjoying CIJ festivities! I've been QVC and Hallmark when I can.

These past several days have been very busy - Friday night we had DS's 4th birthday party - he will be 4 on Wednesday. I can't believe it!

Saturday of course was the 4th and my family had a blast! It was raining here a good bit of the day, but we made the most of it and it stopped for the fireworks.

Yesterday, my sister's friend and my family as well surprised her and her fiancé with a engagement party. They were so surprised! We had a great time there.

It was back to the real world today, as I had to work overtime again this morning!

Hope all is well with you all! Take cake and hopefully talk soon!

I enjoyed my five-day weekend so much, it was like a mini-vacation. Gosh, I hate to go back to work tomorrow, but it's work that makes the days off so sweet. I hope you all had a nice Monday.

So happy it's the end of the day! I love the feeling of getting ready to sleep, reading a book, and relaxing after a very busy day. It's 8:30 and I'm headed to bed before the sun!

We did the Six Flags trip today, it was a very hot day there. I developed a major headache while there and was unable to go on any rides. I love amusement park rides and it takes a lot for me not to ride any, but this headache hurt with every step I took. I tried to hide it from the family, so I wasn't a stick in the mud, we were there for six hours.

I feel better now after some ibuprofen and food, just wiped out from being in the sun all day.

I hope you all had a great day, I am going to fall asleep listening to CIJ on Music Choice.
